今天，一年一度的英语节在培德楼上的六楼报告大厅如火如荼的举行了。

为了今天，我以前可是大下功夫，又是写稿子，又是让妈妈帮我认识新单词，又是自己背稿子，终于等到了今天。

我自信满满的走进大厅。妈呀！吓死我了！这里居然聚集着这么多人。有五年级学生、老师、各年级的英语老师。嗯？还有两个老外！看来，我今天得好好表现了，为自己、为班级而争光。

比赛开始了，我是28号，也就是最后一名，我感受到我的心就像一个调皮的小精灵一样，跳得七上八下的——好紧张。该我了，我走上台，感到腿有点发软，好像马上就要瘫在地上了一样；手有一点发颤，好像马上就要把话筒掉在地上一样。当我看见两位老外在默默地为我鼓掌时，我便又鼓起勇气，继续往下背。我的腿不再发软了，我的手也不再发颤了，我的精神又饱满起来。

因为我有一点拘谨，所以只得了二等奖。我很失望，因为我原来可以得到更高的分数，但我依然很开心，因为我体验到了我以前从来没有体验过的感受，还受到了一个使我一生受益的启发：只要有付出，就一定有回报。

看着他们他们演的那么的逼真、精彩、感人，我不禁想到一句古话：台上一分钟，台下十年功，我想他们今天精彩的演出也是在台下用心排练了很长时间吧！想着想着，圣诞旋风已落下帷幕，落日的余晖已经洒落在我们的会场外，但精彩的画面却印在我的脑海，这周的英语节，我，过得很开心……

紧接着是小新星英语班的才艺展示——龟兔赛跑。只见操场的最前方出现了一群活泼可爱的孩子们，他们有的头上戴着小兔子的图案；有的戴着小乌龟的图案。这时全场2000多人的目光便一起投向了表演场地，而站在后排的同学也是一个劲儿的踮着脚，真恨不得一口气冲到班级的最前方，去看个究竟。

小新星的表演结束了，现在展现在我们眼前的是我们五年级同学一起合奏的一首美妙又动听的英文儿歌。

我们班的舞蹈最有特色，用一个词来形容——就是“气派”。先是非洲鼓与爵士鼓挑衅，后来非洲鼓与爵士鼓合作了，齐心协力为跳舞的同学伴。这么好看的节目应该把它排哪呢？这肯定不会排在中间，这样低估了这个节目，起码要做开场舞或收场舞。对，就是开场舞。

当金黄色的灯光汇聚在一起的时候，开场舞开始了，彩色的灯光交杂着，仿佛是一条条彩带，伴着金黄色的阳光，肆意舞动着。浓厚又清脆的鼓声，随着动听的歌声响起。主音乐响起了，一群红色的小人，从舞台的两侧跑了出来，犹如一条红色的巨龙，随着音乐做着动作，热闹极了！

其他班级的表演也各具特长，其中最令大家震惊的便是五（2）班为同学们带来的京剧脸谱。他们的动作并不难，但他们的歌喉不禁令人拍手叫好，那令人难以至信的高音确确实实是他们的实力。

五（2）班表演的京剧脸谱令大家大吃一惊，三年级带来的“极地家园”也发人深省，他们用他们的表演向大家阐明了世界上气候变暖、雪山消失的环境问题，向人们呼吁：保护环境，人人有责。

同学们精彩的表演告诉了我们许多道理，我觉得最重要的两点就是：“世上无难事，只怕有心人”——在一个月左右的时间里，同学们可以利用课余时间排练出这么精彩的节目；人的潜能无限，只要去学习，去努力，一切就可能成功。

然而，意想不到的事件发生了。没想到在做第二首歌最后一个动作的时候，因为一个慢拍，跟不上大家的节奏。我尴尬地低下了头。这一刻，我感觉到面前的王老师正用眼睛盯着我。我的脸好像被火烧过，全身很不自然。我的脑子突然一片空白。我什么都没想。我什么都没敢想。我当时紧张的心情无法平静。只有几声急促的呼吸声，一团团热气从我不安的情绪中汹涌而出。

但是这种心情在我等第三首的时候就被歌里欢快的气氛感染了。我的眉毛舒展开来，我的动作变得有弹性。我看着王老师，她这时候笑得很灿烂。

太阳已经落在学校后面的两栋建筑之间了。天空中已经有鸟了，翅膀已经感染了灿烂的夕阳。它们飞快地扇动翅膀，似乎在向我们告别。当然，我们英语节的开幕式也告一段落，等待我们的是明天英语节更精彩的表演！

英语节是每年的12月26日，在这天，我们全四年级的学生们都要去表演。

在这次活动中，我感受到了演员的辛苦。首先，我们要在好几个月前就开始学习歌曲，还要彩排。每次彩排，都要站上一个多小时，不胜其烦地看别人表演，到了礼堂彩排的时候，不能带任何东西进去，唱完歌后，嘴巴早就干了，又不给我们每人一瓶水，只能乖乖地张大嘴巴，等老师阿姨来喂水喝。到了真正表演的时候，在后台，排长队，又加上隔音墙，根本什么都听不见、看不见的。不过，有付出就有收获：表演完后，我们像少爷、小姐那样坐在后排的座位上，一边吃巧克力，一边喝水，一边看表演，可真享受！而且我妈妈还接到了“圣诞老人”的礼物呢！

在这次活动中，我还感受到了，为别人表演，比看别人表演要快乐！音乐停止，台下响起热烈的掌声、欢呼声，你是否感受到了：你带给别人的快乐？当你走到台下，看到老师竖起的大拇指，和鼓励的微笑，你是否已经获取到真正的报酬？这正是一个快乐的小演员应该明白的。
