It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants,and live a life of comfort and security.However,it is equally true that lack of money causes great distress.It is a common view that "money is the root of all evil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal.In some places there is nothing that cannot be bought with money,resulting in corrupt societies where everybody is miserable.

大家好!我今天要跟大家分享的主题叫“尝试”。陆游说：“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”我今天拿稿来演讲就是一种尝试，我下次还要尝试脱稿演讲。为 什么要分享这个主题呢?我忽然觉得我再不尝试，再不疯狂，我就老了。就要致我们终将失去的青春了。等到自己白发齐身，再来回忆青春时，会发现自己的人生平 淡无奇，毫无色彩。什么都没做过，什么也没有尝试过。最后只能落得个“空悲切”的哀叹。萧伯纳说“一个尝试错误的人生比无所事事的人生更荣耀，更有意 义。”

我前段时间看了一本叫《世界时平的》的书，作者为美国托马斯.弗里德曼。我觉得非常不错，大家可以有时间可以去看一下。书中讲到全球经历了三个伟大的时 代，分别是1492~18__年，拼国家实力的时代。1800~__年拼企业实力的时代。以及__年以后拼个人实力的时代，也就是网上流行的拼爹 的时代。我现在就是一个爹，我如果不努力，不强大，以后我的儿子怎么拿我这个爹与别人去拼?况且，现在的信息通讯越来越发达，出国越来越容易，每个人获得 信息的壁垒越来越小，但我们尝试的机会越来越多。所以，在这个越来越平的世界，只有不断的尝试，不断的学习，不断的接触新事物，才能不断提高自己的实力和 竞争优势。

我最近尝试了两个我从未做过的事情，一个是踢足球，一个是大声朗读。就踢球而言，我没有天赋，也不懂规矩，甚至连一双球鞋也没买过。但是上次盛部长叫我去 尝试一下，我就去了，这一去不要紧，竟然还给捧回了人生第一块冠军奖牌，而且还是董事长亲自给我颁发的。读书也是，我发现读着，读着，越来越有味，越来越 有激情，越来越有自信。
