回首过去----追溯爱的历史

xx前的1996年，《中国青年报》上的一组摄影作品《五星红旗在小巷中升起》引起了同学们的注意，并立即让同学们萌发了当志愿者的念头，在系团支的指导关怀下同学们成立了爱心社。爱心社自成立以来本着“奉献爱心快乐自我”的宗旨去帮助他人，以己之力量创造价值，传达了感恩这一理念，向人们更好展示我社的口号“有爱就有希望”的义务奉献精神。正是因为我们坚持不懈的努力，爱心社的事迹被长江日报、湖北日报、楚天金报争相报道。其中最为人们津津乐道的便是爱心社的常规公益活动，如去敬老院看望老人，去艺萌听力康复中心辅导聋哑儿童学习，给江大周边社区贫困家庭义务家教，“汉阳树下、伴你成长”义务家教活动，义务卖报，募捐，寒暑假支教等活动。现在爱心社已经保持在每届约200名社员的名额朝着奉献爱的目标健康蓬勃地发展。

我们做不到解决每一个人的困难，但我们能做到让更少人有困难;我们做不到给每个地方都带去必要的帮助，但我们能做到给每个地方传递去希望。因为，我们有爱,因为，爱一直在我们的心里。

爱心社发展到今天，各项公益活动也正如火如荼地展开，如：

而今天我主要讲的则是以上说展示的活动四：寒暑假义务支教!

为响应国家开展“三扶一支政策”，江汉大学爱心社在校团委、院团委的指导下，以“倡导志愿精神，拓展实践能力，推动山区教育事业发展和进步”开展工作。

在“支教”的过程中，我们始终贯切江汉大学校团委“思想育人、学习育人、实践育人”的育人理念，始终坚持“踏踏实实教书，全心全意育人”，始终坚信“星星之火可以燎原”，给贫困地方的小朋友带去温暖、带去知识。

一直以为，支教是神圣的事情，但当这种神圣降临到爱心社的身上是，我们才知道，原来，神圣只是局外人的说辞，因为我们扮演的只是一个老师，而不是救世主，我们过去就是希望能给他们带去大山外面的希望。爱心社知道，支教是我们的使命。

我社支教开始于20__年，相继去了湖南，湖北红安，贵州，今年暑假由我社组织，江汉大学、江汉大学文理学院、湖北大学、华中师范大学传媒学院学生参与以“大学生自愿奉献爱心，让孩子们在师资匮乏的环境里就收到可贵的知识，给孩子们带去爱，更带去了生活的希望。

在支教的过程中，我们始终坚持：

进一步提高支教队员素质，健全支教团队各项制度

在进行“贫困山区寒暑假义务支教”前期，我社团积极组织了多支教队员选拔活动。例如：口才展示、粉笔字展示、才艺汇演……我社团旨在选拔最优秀的且各具特色的大学生参与此次支教活动。

在进行“贫困山区寒暑假义务支教”队员选拔后期，我社团积极开展多长支教前期的陪训。例如：开展“新老支教队员交流会”、组织“新老支教队员户外扩展”、进行“支教前期支教队员培训”……我们旨在提高团队凝聚力、提高支教队员素质。

同时，我们积极组织执教队员会议，协调分工，端正工作作风，同时加深各支教队员之间的沟通及加深各支教队员对此次支教的认识和理解，进一步提高此次支教的工作和效率，进而增强团队的整体战斗力。

这些支教前期工作的完善，都为此次支教团队的高效率工作打下了一个坚实的基础。

积极认真组织开展教学，脚踏实地教书育人

1、迅速适应当地环境，及时进入角色

在面对一座又一座巍峨的高山，以及不便利的交通、思想堵塞的人民。在这块美丽的热土上，生长的并不是富饶，而是让人看着心痛的贫穷和落后。而我们所在的板桥镇中心小学，学校的基础设施、办学条件、师资力量、教学管理等方面都更是相对比较落后，这都使我们支教工作遇到了一定的困难。

由于该镇经济不发达，教育的投资少，教师流失的情况。而教育水平与其他学校相比，有着明显的差距，而且出现明显的不平衡的现象，许多教师的教学水平急需提高。并且，学生学期情况也相对比较差。

困难明显比想象中要大的多，怎么办呢?在困难面前，我们没有退缩，而是采取了积极的态度。用最短的时间，迅速地摸清了这个贫困乡镇的教育现状，及时地调整好各支教成员的心态，进入了角色。

2、全心全意教书，踏踏实实育人

开学第一天，全校组织了一次测验，旨在了解学生的基本情况，并方便开展教学。可是成绩确实相当不理想。

面对这样的情况，我们多组织教师开展“如何更好地提高教学质量”会议，各位支教老师也深深的感受到了肩上的担子的沉重。

教学期间，我们因材施教，积极组织各位教师抓好课堂时间和课余时间。各位教师利用课余时间和课外活动时间组织学生们听演讲报告，跟学生个别谈心、交流，给他们讲科学家的故事，讨论科学与人类的关系，给他们讲述外面世界的精彩，告诉他们落后的主要原因在于教育的落后，使他们在思想上先与内地学生接轨，树立起远大的学习目标，认识到文化知识的重要性和必要性。同时，各位教师以培养学生的学习兴趣为切入点，严格要求，把学生上课时的坐、立、起、行以及如何回答问题等等内容做了严格的规定，改变了他们原来的懒散和精力不集中等坏习惯，使他们在极短的时间内做到了课前有准备，上课有精神，听课能专心，思考会用心，回答问题条理清楚等。

3、丰富的课堂、课外教学生活，积极开展各类教学生活,如：

手工制作、“阅读青春，放飞梦想”写作课程、班级文化设计大赛、篮球比赛、拔河比赛等。

而我们支教是的生活确实如此的简单!

但即使如此，在我们的支教过程中，还有很多的不足之处，例如：

支教团队沟通还不够到位，信息流通不够顺利，对工作的开展造成一定的阻碍;在自主创新方面，支教团还有很大的空间可以提升;认真工作的同时缺乏总结意识等。

但我知道，爱心社的成员也知道，即使有在多的不如意，我们也会坚持有爱就有希望的口号，我们坚持奉献爱的目标，我们坚持做着一些让别人和自己都快乐的事情，这就是爱心社给我们坚持的意义。

爱心社也知道，不管什么表彰荣誉，不管什么跟踪报道，不管别人知不知道，我们都会一如既往地做下去的，因为我们要的只是给他们一个有爱的明天，我们要的只是让他们过得更好!

我的演讲从一个小故事开始——在一个深深的鼠洞里，一个老鼠家族正在召开会议，会议的中心是怎样在觅食的时候及时发现那只喜欢搞突袭的黑猫。不一会儿，一只小老鼠想出一个好办法——在黑猫的脖子上挂一只铃铛。话一说完，大家齐声说好，但接下来却都沉默了，因为没有哪一只老鼠敢去挂这只铃铛。

这个故事不禁让我浮现出一个念头：与行动相比，有时候，幻想或想象其实是一件再舒服但是的事——它没有风险，无需胆量，不受约束。你想尝试冬泳，便能够尽情地想象着数九寒天在冰冷刺骨的河水中游弋的豪迈;你想尝试弹琴，便能够尽情想象自己在高高的舞台上悠然地表演;你想学习一门外语，于是跑到书店买了一大堆复习资料，还把决心下了又下：每一天至少要保证一小时的学习时间。在你的头脑中，一切都是那样完美、切实可行，但是，当热情渐渐冷却后，你却没有勇气跳人冰水中;你却不能忍受日复一日练琴的单调和枯燥;你却不能放下每一天的休闲时间埋头苦学。全部完美的幻想和想象都变成了一纸空文。

几年前，一位颇有名气的画家想画一幅以某历史事件为主题的画，这个历史事件在其他画作中鲜有表现，场景又极生动，形象，画出来必须很富感染力。这位画家翻阅了超多历史书籍，对事件的各种细节已了然于胸，加上他画技高超，若完成这幅画肯定能为他赢得巨大的声誉。一年以后，有人无意间提到那幅画，谁知画家根本就没动笔!他犹豫着想找理由解释，最后最后说还是太忙了，有许多事情要做，根本没时间画这幅画。

生活中，有许多这样的人，他们对人生有着种种设想与规划，有着十分完美的理想与愿望，可就是不用实际行动来实现它，这样一来，即使构想出再有价值的东西，也是胎死腹中，令人惋惜。

老鼠没有行动，是因为恐惧，我们没有行动，是因为什么呢不要找任何借口来回答这个问题，任何借口都是苍白无力的。

我们就应随时告诫自己：下定决心做某件事的时候，必须要立即行动。

我们每一个人都就应牢牢记住，上天不会因为你完美的想法而送你一个完美的前程。那么，为什么还不行动

Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish.
