那么怎样才能具备责任心，充满责任感呢？

我认为一是自身主动养成，二是外部不断激励。

作为一名工商干部、一名执法者，应该努力做到以下四点，不断完善自身修养：

一是要有正气。工商执法人员，担负着协调各方、服务上下的重要职责，要发挥好作用，必须保持浩然正气，为人朴实不张 扬。要沉下心，埋头做事，要处事低调高姿态，好处面前要推让，功劳面前要闭嘴，不要争强好胜。要坚持实事求是原则，敢于讲 真话，敢于担责任不诿过。工作中要有独立思考的精神，凡事要有自己的主见和判断，做到服从不盲从。

二是要有才气。时代在变迁，新情况、新问题、新任务不断涌现。面对不断变化的新形势，只有具备多方面的知识，才能跟上 时代前进的步伐。要勤于学习，把强化学习作为成长、成熟、成功的阶梯。不学无以广才，无才难以立业。要不断从学习中增长知 识，少一些应酬，多读一些书；少一些饭局，多一些学习；少一些闲聊，多一些思考。要通过多方面的学习，不断拓宽自己的知识 面，提高本领，增长才干，跟上时代。

三是要有锐气。创新是工作进步和发展的源泉。工作中要保持旺盛的斗志，充分发扬我们河北工商开拓进取的“亮剑”精神， 在自己的岗位上勇于创新，永不懈怠。要有真抓实干的精神，对于职责范围内的工作敢抓敢管，定准目标、定实措施，一招一招地 抓，招招有着落，一件一件地抓，件件有成效。要注意紧扣领导的基本思路，拾遗补缺，出注意、想办法，对领导的思路、想法、 指示等进行拓展延伸和细化，使工作开展得更加富有新意。

四是要有大气。就是宽宏大量，心胸开阔，能容人容物，不斤斤计较。古人说：“君子忍人所不能忍，容人所不能容，处人所 不能处。”作为机关干部，更要有豁达大度的气量、宽容待人的心胸。人都有脾气，但我们必须要善于克制自己。面对非议，我们 要保持平常心，不生气，多反思，闻过则喜，有则改之，无则加勉。在日常的工作和生活中，要做到“六多六少”，即：多配合协 调，少相互拆台；多理解支持，少无端猜疑；多琢磨事，少琢磨人；多当面沟通，少背后指责；多揽过失，少争功利；多做实事， 少图虚名。

在个人培养尽善尽美“工作责任心”的同时，系统内各级组织的外部激励机制，也是必不可少的重要一环。只有把一个人放在特定 的组织内来讨论“工作责任心”才是有意义的。及时正确地完成工作任务是最基本工作责任心的体现，但是确保工作任务被及时正 确地完成应该是系统各级组织的规章制度、组织结构、报告制度以及跟踪监督系统，这不是单纯地依靠员工的工作责任心就可以达 成的。因此，我们只有具备优良的工商文化、科学的规章制度、合理的组织结构、完整的报告制度和完善的跟踪系统，我们的执法 工作任务才能被仔细的分解并顺利地完成，与此同时，我们系统整体也会以工作责任心强而被外界所称道！

Firstly we got three big boxes and put them in a corner of our classroom . One is for waste paper , one for plastics and Coke cans and the other is for batteries . With Teachers help ,soon all the students took part in the activity of classifying rubbish .In a month , we collected three boxes of paper , a box of batteries and a box of plastics and Coke cans .We sold them for 28 yuan and bought some young trees with the money . We planted the trees around our school . We were all spoken highly of by our school principals. Now we keep on the job and are all proud of improving environment .

The world trusts Beijing .Beijing still has a lot to do to reach the level the world expects, but we have the confidence to make Beijing a Green City. i, as a 35-year-old air traffic controller, have been working on the tower for nearly ten years. through these years’ working, i really come to love this job. besides, as the husband of my beloved, the father of my 8-year-old daughter, and the son of my old parents, i also love my family, a happy family.

however, it has been really hard to coordinate my work and my family.

it’s generally considered great to be an air traffic controller by the public, for the job is believed to be well-paid and quite easy. i was also one of them before i started the work. but things have been entirely different from what i used to think. as an air traffic controller of the new century, we’re facing tasks and barriers greater and harder than ever, that is, we have to ensure the safety and order of the fast-developing civil aviation. we’re burdened with pressure, responsibilities, the trust of hundreds of pilots, the lives of tens of thousands of passengers, and the hopes of millions of families. every step we take, every word we say is connected to the safety of passengers. and disasters may occur if we’re even a little bit careless. then, how can that be easy?

as a man who owns a family, i also have to take care of my family. still, it isn’t that easy. since i took the job 10 years ago, i haven’t had enough time to be with my family. so many festivals have i spend with microphones, but not my family and friends, just because my job needs me. so many times have my wife complained about my returning home late and having meals outside often, just because my job needs me. and so many times, my mom or dad is sick in bed, but i cannot be there with them in time, just because my job needs me. i cannot fully devote myself to my family because my job needs me, a lot of people need me. and again, as a man with a family, how can that be easy?

even though i’m not competent as a father, a husband, and a son, i still love my family. my daughter once said that it was her happiest time to see me back from work. and it’s the same with me. i’m pleased and grateful to see that my family can support and understand my work and my little devotion to them.

i have made many sacrifices as an air traffic controller. i really feel sorry for my family. but as i help pilots find their destinations under terrible weather conditions, and then hear “thanks” from them, i’m satisfied. and as i see planes taking off and landing safely, and make sure that hundreds more families can get together, i’m comforted. i even seem to be able to see the happy smiles on their faces.

such is my job, though i cannot enjoy much of the happiness my family brings to me, i can experience the sense of responsibility through my work. i’ll never regret this, regret choosing my job. it is through these years that i know what responsibility and devotion really mean. and it is through these years that i realize what family really means to me---supporting and understanding. i really appreciate them.

with my family as an anchor for me, i firmly believe that i can overcome all the difficulties on my way, and make a contribution to the cause of air traffic control. and i believe, i am, and always will be a member of civil aviation, and my family as well.

人都说：“爱是一种奉献，它如一股甘泉，一股热流，穿透人的心田。”其实爱除了是一种奉献以外，它还是一种责任。人们对爱都有着很多渴望与追求，如果爱离开了责任，那它也只能如美丽的流星闪过夜空；又如静夜里的昙花一现，留给人们的也许只是一段美好的回忆，每个人都肩负着责任，对工作、对家庭、对亲人、对朋友，我们都有一定的责任，正因为存在这样或那样的责任，才能对自己的行为有所约束。社会学家戴维斯说："放弃了自己对社会的责任，就意味着放弃了自身在这个社会中更好的生存机会。"

做为一名教师，师德，是教师工作的精髓。可以用"师爱为魂，学高为师，身正为范"概括其内涵。"师爱"是教师对学生无私的爱，它是师德的核心。从爱学生的角度讲，就是教师要做学生的良师益友。俗话说："教学是一个良心活儿?"这句话简单明了地道出了何谓师德，那就是爱与责任，这正是师德之魂。

生活中有很多这样的例子让我们感动，一个个平凡而伟大的教师在生死面前展示出了师德的光辉：汶川县张米亚老师，在地震发生时双手死护住两名学生，自己却不幸遇难，救援人员不得不锯掉他僵硬的手臂来救出孩子，这样一个年轻的老师，在灾难面前，选择了摘下自己的翅膀来保护孩子，用实际行动诠释了崇高与伟大的真正含义，在教师这个平凡的岗位上展示着师爱的伟大；谭千秋老师用自己的身体和讲台护住了四名学生，他的牺牲成就了四个家庭的团聚和幸福以及无数的感动。张丽莉老师用柔弱的身躯谱写了一曲英勇奉献的大爱之歌。他们在生死关头用鲜血和生命保护学生的壮举，犹如最后一堂无声的课，展示了人民教师的职业操守，诠释了爱与责任的师德师魂。

那么，做为新时代的教师我们应该怎样做呢?

首先，老师要爱自己的学生。记得有位教育家曾说过：爱学生是对老师最最基本的要求。老师爱学生，可以弥补家庭和社会教育的不足，使教师的影响长久地保存在学生的内心深处。不论在生活上，还是在学习上，都要给予必要的关心和帮助。我还抽时间给学生谈心、交流，和学生共同活动，缩短了师生距离。爱学生，关心学生，处理问题及时，方法得当，注意和学生沟通，学生就信任老师，喜欢老师，也喜欢上老师的课。热爱学生，还表现在教师对学生的尊重和信任，以及对学生的严格要求。尊重学生的人格，了解学生的个性，相信学生，关心学生。一个教师能得到学生的信任，使自己的工作顺利进行，使学生能健康活泼的成长，是自己最大的成功和欣慰。 其次，爱自己的职业

不知不觉我已从事幼教工作七年了。从工作的第一天起，我就感觉好像每天都在学习，令我欣喜的是我每天都会进步一点点，从班上老师那里我学到了很多东西。从她们那里我知道幼教日常工作虽繁琐但点点滴滴都要认真。在平凡的工作中要保持上进心。幼教工作是琐碎的，然而，工作中没有掌声，没有鲜花，更没有此起彼伏的喝彩，有的，只是和孩子们平实的相处，他们哭了，我要去哄他们;他们闹矛盾了，我又要当裁判，给他讲道理;拉了，吐了，还要帮他们收拾，打理;有的只是工作一天下来，疲惫的身躯;有的只是，日复一日琐碎的工作;理想在哪里?报复在哪里?于是，我茫然了，这样的生活，离我想象中的太远。想象中的我，应该穿着职业装，拎着包，穿梭于不同的城市，接触不同的人，尽管辛苦，却感觉着不同的生活，享受着成功的喜悦。

可是，我选择了幼儿教师，就等于选择了不一样的生活。不同的职业性质不同，却都有着这样那样的艰辛。因此，工作者是一种责任，更是自我价值的体现。

随着时间的推移，我也日渐成熟，认清了工作的价值，于是，现在的我，成了这个样子：清晨，当悠扬的音乐响起，我开始一天的工作，我会带着清新的笑脸，迎来可爱的孩子们：我会把哭闹的孩子揽到怀里，用亲切的话语安慰他们;为了一个问题而争论不休;我会和班上的老师一起，走进孩子的家庭，和他们交流，当我听到孩子的父母告诉我，孩子为了等我一大早就起床了的消息时，我又会，默默地感动;我会在我的笔记里，记下孩子的喜怒哀乐，分析这些情况，找出有针对性的教育方法，帮他们进步;

“年年岁岁花相似，岁岁年年人不同”当我由一个青涩学子成为一名教师时，那梦幻般的理想开始支离、开始破碎，严酷的社会现实把我的梦一次又一次的揉碎，我陷入了迷茫、苦闷、犹豫和彷徨。美丽的梦想就如昨日的朝霞渐渐离我远去……难道我生命的风帆将要被折断搁浅在时代的岸边？难道我也要像红尘中的庸俗之辈，去打发那日出日落的时光？就在这个时候，我听到了一个个平凡而响亮的名字，看到了一幅幅质朴而动人的画面，谭千秋、张丽莉、李桂林、刘恩和……

“奉献教坛，大爱千秋”在汶川大地震中，用坚实的双臂死死护住4名学生的谭千秋，“粉身碎骨全不怕，要留最美在人间”用血肉之躯捍卫学生谱写生命赞歌的最美教师张丽莉；崎岖路上点燃知识火把用18年时间守望悬崖小学的李桂林；一根布带系住母子深情的陈斌强……此刻，我无法一一罗列那些英雄的名字，但他们拥有一个共同嘹亮的名字“人民教师”，我也不能一一讲述他们的故事．但他们拥有一个共同坚定的信仰“奉献教育、无悔青春”。在一次次心灵的洗涤和灵魂的撞击下，我重新认识了生命的价值。终于，我从飘浮的彩虹上回到质朴的大地。此时我要对大家说“我要扬起生命的风帆，出征远航，纵然是惊涛骇浪，我也无怨无悔”。

生者是永无止境的燃烧；死者却用舍已的大爱谱写了对人民教育的无限忠诚。是啊，我不是学者，不能用深邃的思想思考他们的价值；我也不是诗人，不能用优美的诗句讴歌他们的职业，可我要借助这个舞台和这个难得的机会，向大家讲述一个我身边的真实故事。

20xx年9月30日晚10点多，在万安加油站的斜坡路段，有一个撑着雨伞，拖着沉重步伐行走的人。淅淅沥沥的雨一直下个不停，雨势越来越大，突然，一束强烈刺眼的光线直射了过来，在离那人不足5米的地方，一辆飞奔的摩托车像猛兽一般冲向还来不及躲闪的行人，“砰”……几秒之后，惨烈的事情发生了。那个倒在了血泊中人就是我校的生物老师——罗其贵，那一刻，他正走在下晚自习回家的路上。

一层秋雨一层凉，这样的雨夜似乎注定是不能宁静的，18小时一直处于昏迷之中的罗老师始终不间断地重复着那句话“高三……月考……试卷”他走了，留下了对学生的牵挂和对家人的愧疚，对工作的热忱、学生的热爱和同事的关心。

并不是所有的鲜花都能代表爱，只有玫瑰做到了；并不是所有的山峰都伟大，只有珠穆琅玛做到了；并不是每个人都可以比作父母亲，只有堪称“灵魂的工程师”做到了。亲爱的朋友们，当全社会都在讴歌一种行为，赞美一种精神时，老师又何止是一种称谓？那完全是一位父亲、母亲对孩子的挚爱，罗老师用他如山的父爱情怀和坚如磐石的责任演绎一位人民教师的平凡和伟大。

“耿耿园丁意，拳拳育人心。身于幽谷处，孕育兰花香。”其实，在我们身边有太多太多这样的老师，他们每天都做着平凡而琐碎的工作。是呀，他们会关注哪位学生的头发长了需要剪了，却忘了与自己年龄不符的白发；他们会推迟下课时间给学生解答难题，却忘了晚自习回家的路上自己也怕黑；他们会想着如何抓住有效时间让学生学到更有效的知识，却忘了钟表已悄然滑过午夜12点，难道他们真不知道心疼自己？不，当然不是。不是他们不懂得心疼自己，而是在那种种情况下爱学生对学生负责就真的成了一种本能。是他们用无私与无畏，坚持与奉献、爱与责任守住了心中那盏希望之灯。

朋友们，热爱生活吧!它是一杯香醇美味的老酒；热爱教育吧!教育的本质在于造就人的灵魂。让我们从榜样身上汲取力量，安心教育，潜心钻研、用热烈四射的青春去谱写爱岗敬业、爱生如子的美丽篇章，用至真至诚的爱与责任铸就不朽的师魂。
