On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one ofthe teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, butthe feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all throughhis life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as hebecame older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, hevisited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. Hereceived a warm welcome.

一、学生会的作用由“检查、督促”向“引导”转变。从以往的工作经验来看，同学们对学生会干部的领导式管理很反感。因此，偶尔会发生一些违纪学生顶撞学生干部的情况，政教处透彻的看到了学生会内部的这个本质性问题，根据学校关于学生会改革的指示，全体学生干部要改变管理他人的思想，而以“模范”和“帮助”代之，我们学生会队伍的性质应由“秩序维护队”转变为“工作宣传队”，工作重心由“检查、督促”向“引导”转变，向同学们宣传学校规章制度和优秀学生作风。比如男生部的工作重心为宣传寝室卫生和纪律，帮助寄宿生解决生活困难。我们要尽量做到工作中少扣分、不扣分，工作手段由扣分与违纪登记向提醒与汇报（向班主任汇报）转变。也就是说，从本届开始，学生会干部将作为“引导、宣传”者的身份，以全新的面貌展示在全校师生的面前。

二、加强学生会各部门间的交流。

政教处对学生组织建设非常重视，今年又新增了年级学生分会，监察部和校学生会办公室，加强了各个领域对全校学生的引导。在这个良好的发展趋势下，从本届开始，各部门要积极开展各种活动，加强学生会内部交流。各部门要发扬团结合作精神，始终奉行各部门及学生分会的“互相监督，团结合作，共同进步，完善组织”的交流原则；组织部要经常组织干部对各部门的工作进行考察，及时发现问题，交给校学生办公室整理（交给学生会副主任、主席）。然后，分发到相关部门进行整改和完善；校办公室要积极联络各部门、学生分会，定时整理数据，经宣传部分发到班，组织部和文体部要定时与其他部门讨论，积极开展学生会内部活动。各部门要和谐相处，友谊共存。每个部门每周要利用文娱活动或其他时间进行每周周会，也可以在副主席的带领下，两个部门进行每周周总结。各部长、分会主席要做好相关记录，每两周到校学生会办公室参加学生会干部会议，各干部要积极发表对学生会内部的建议和看法，以进行调整。

三、加强学生会组织性，提高办事效率，在全校同学面前树立威信。学生会是由全校的优秀学生组成的。因此，在各个方面，我们要严于律己，起到模范带头作用，以全新的面貌表现在全校师生面前。在学生会工作，我们要提高办事效率，以缓解工作与学习的压力。同时，各干部也要遵从学生会决策机构的方针和思想，服从安排，体现学生会的组织性。在学习和生活中，我们要严格要求自己，树立良好形象，在同学们心目中树立威信，既方便学生会工作的全面展开，对于那些放纵、散漫、无组织性的学生干部，我们坚决勒令其退出。

四、调整学习与工作的矛盾，全体学生干部成绩基本达到中上游。
