“人无信不立”，早在两千年前孔子就为诚信对于人类的不可或缺定下了基调。“言不信者，行不果”虽然学说大相径庭，但墨子在对于诚信问题上却是与孔子不谋而合。“诚信为人之本”，近代中国的文学巨匠鲁迅;“正直诚实的生活道路，定会有一个问心无愧的归宿”。近代外国的建瓴丰碑高尔基。“诚者，天之道也;诚之者，人之道也。”庄严古奥的《礼记》;“一言既出，驷马难追”，浅显上口的市井俗语这一切的一切，都无不在告诉我们诚信对于人的重要，诚信对于心的重要。

古今中外有多少例子在呼喊着诚信的重要。

周幽王为博妃子一笑，公然用“狼来了”的手段，点燃狼烟散布出王都被敌人攻打，局面十分危机的假象，让四方诸侯的调遣军队前来勤王，最后又让他们虚假一场。如此高贵的君王却如此失信与天下，自然在无形中播种下了动摇江山社稷的祸根，导致周朝最后被分裂为春秋时代，在诸侯国的胁迫下，名存实亡。

而战国时期秦国的著名的变法家商鞅。为了树立威信，在变法前下令在秦国都城南门外立一根3丈长的木头，并当众许下诺言：谁把木头搬到北门，赏10金。人们不相信，无人搬动木头。商鞅把赏金长到50金。一男子把木头扛到了北门，商鞅立即赏他50金。商鞅这一举动，使人们感到他是个说话算数的人。于是商鞅的新法也获得了人们的信任。很快就在秦国推广了，为秦国日益强大，最终能统一六国立下了坚定的根基。

由此可见，做大事者，无信不立。诚信是那些有志于天地间的勇士所必备的，正是有了诚信，他们的品德和内心才会被众人所接受。

古人曾彘，其妻为了哄孩子不哭，骗孩子说晚上吃猪肉。谁知道曾彘竟然当真牵来一头猪，对妻子说欺骗孩子，就相当于教导孩子变得不诚信，这是为人父母要坚决避免的。这件小小的家庭琐事，因其流淌的诚信光辉和为人父母的良苦用心而流传千年，至今都在给予我们新的启迪。

明代的大清官海瑞，人称“海青天”。在那个黑暗的年代数十年如一日的保持着清廉，至今还流传着“每年只在母亲生日时吃肉”，“每个任地的下属都称呼其为阎王”等清操厉冰雪的事迹。在他晚年过世时，这位传奇一生的人，没有留下任何豪言壮语或是立世名言，只是对着身边唯一的老仆人说，他死后送给兵部六钱银子，因为兵部以前多给了他那么多，他应该还回去。这才是真正伟大的人，无论是从大事，还是小事，都能表里如一的散发出由内而外的，不可逼视的光芒。据说海瑞入殓的时候，整个城里认识或不认识，打过或没打过交道的百姓都自愿为海瑞去送行，沉默而悲壮，在冷风呼啸的早晨，排了几十里之遥。

或许只有人民，才能真正评价这个在一生中最后时候都守信如初。

大家好！今天，我很荣幸，能够走上这个舞台在更高层面上展现自我、表现自我。面对在座的各位发表演讲对我来说即是一种考验又是一次难得的机会。“青春无几，时不待我”，接下来我将做个简单的自我介绍：我叫##，来自于工程经济系##班，现任院学生会生活部干事一职。今天我要竞选的职务是###学院院学生会生活部部长。

第一：我将要求本部门成员加强个人的自身建设，以体现学生干部的“自我服务，自我管理，自我教育”的优良品质。

第二：加强本部门团队建设，树立一个良好的组织形象，接受广大同学们的监督，处事做到团结一致，同舟共济。

第三：把握全局，加强各部门之间的联系，并在工作时不断改进，即在实践中工作，又在工作中实践，其目的就是为了服务大家，营造一个良好的氛围，为大家的学习保驾护航。

中国历来有句俗语，是这样说的“宁可做鸡头，不可做凤尾。”意思就是宁可做鸡群中的领袖，也不去做凤凰群中的跟班。对于这句话，我本人是很不以为然的。在鸡群中与在凤凰群中的境界本身就是一种质的区别。试想，一只鸡，它为能在鸡群中做领导而沾沾自喜时，它本身也就注定是可悲的。于是它终其一生，兢兢业业，保有自己在鸡群中的地位，但无奈它尽管有着在鸡群中显赫的地位，但从本质上来说它还是一只普普通通、平凡到不能再平凡的鸡，永远都逃脱不了被人按上砧板的时候。也曾看过这样一个故事：一只小鸟掉了队，误打误撞跟上了一群凤凰。它发觉本人从未飞得如此之高，从未那么靠近日出的灿烂，日落的余晖。于是它的境界变了，它决心要做一只凤凰，它开始努力拍打着翅膀跟上凤凰的队伍。不久之后，它惊讶的发现自己的翅膀长硬可，羽毛也变成火红色的了。地上还有人指着它说：“看，凤凰!”许许多多人都渴望成为凤凰，不过又能有多少人能坚持起初在凤凰群中的卑微。于是许多人宁可选择了高傲的鸡头，将自己的境界一再的放低，于是不管他们之前的身份是什么，最终他们都通通沦为一只庸俗的“鸡”。从表面上看起来，似乎是做鸡头当领袖要远比做凤凰的跟班这种境界高得多了，但从长远上来说，这种自以为是实在是太愚蠢了。因为在凤尾之中，人有理想就会在竞争中慢慢让自己进步、成长，于是终有一日他也能成为一只高贵骄傲的凤凰，永远脱离了被人当下酒菜的命运，能够走上了一个崭新的人生舞台。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《安全自护》。

安全确实是一个环节，连接着方方面面，校园安全，交通安全，消防安全等等。因此，我们必须清醒地认识到“安全不是小事”。

应该怎么做才能防止我们脆弱的生命像花朵一样容易枯萎？以下是我对安全和自我保护的建议。

一、饮食：

不要在没有卫生许可证的小摊上买食物，也不要吃发霉的食物。洗完就吃水果蔬菜，不喝生水或不卫生的水，养成良好的卫生习惯，饭前饭后洗手，加强体育锻炼，坚持早餐、午餐、晚餐吃好。

二、溺水预防：

游泳一定要大人陪。你不能未经允许就下水，或者一群学生可以在没有人知道的情况下在河里游泳。我们的大多数青少年死于溺水，所以我们在游泳时必须格外小心（由成年人陪同），如果我们发现腿抽筋或

第二、希望同学们采取科学合理的策略和方法。科学的方法、合理的策略可以帮助我们提高学习效率，因此，最后的100天如何利用，需要好好考虑，认真谋划。我认为，同学们要做好以下三方面工作：

一是增强计划性。“凡事预则立，不预则废”。我们的同学也要针对所剩的100天认真制定“百日冲刺计划书”，在这一百天，我该怎么学？如何学？对于自由支配的时间该怎样合理利用？哪段时间写语数外，哪段时间做物理化学，哪段时间看政治历史等，要做到心中有数，确保在规定时间内完成规定任务，以提高效率，保正实效。

二是加强反思和总结。这一点对于复习来说尤为重要。一轮，二轮复习的一个重要特点是要求同学们及时整理、总结所学的每一章、每一课或每一单元的知识，形成面，连成线，织成网，把握知识间的内在联系。对于单元练习和综合练习上的题目，特别是做错的题目，最好摘录到错题集上，予以认真的反思，领悟，并注意把它们与以前做过的题目加以比较，对照，以求举一反三，触类旁通。

三是把握每一个细节。细节决定成败，过程决定结果。我们要立足做好眼前的小事，用好每一个早读，上好每一节课，弄懂每一个题目，不放过每一个疑点，通过点点滴滴的积累，去登上中考成功的阶梯。

第三、希望同学们要有吃苦耐劳的精神和品质。有人把初三比作“苦难的天堂”，我要说，剩下的100天大家更要做好吃大苦的准备，要抛弃一切幻想，丢掉一切侥幸，排除一切干扰，埋头苦学，为了实现我们心中的目标，我们要鼓足勇气，迎难而上，苍天不负苦心人，大家最终一定会得到丰厚的回报。

in a sense weve come to our nations capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked insufficient funds.

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

生活中，有许多这样的人，他们对人生有着种种设想与规划，有着十分完美的理想与愿望，可就是不用实际行动来实现它，这样一来，即使构想出再有价值的东西，也是胎死腹中，令人惋惜。

老鼠没有行动，是因为恐惧，我们没有行动，是因为什么呢不要找任何借口来回答这个问题，任何借口都是苍白无力的。

我们就应随时告诫自己：下定决心做某件事的时候，必须要立即行动。

我们每一个人都就应牢牢记住，上天不会因为你完美的想法而送你一个完美的前程。那么，为什么还不行动
