这就是我们早上读书，下午读书的方式。我们学校有各种形式的读经，每天早晚至少有20分钟的阅读时间，让我们能够阅读中国经典，让优秀的民族精神流淌在我们每个人的血液中，让民族文化智慧支撑着我们学生人格的脊梁。学校领导通过创建“学术校园”来影响学生，然后在不久的将来创建“学术家庭”，创建“学术国家”！为此，学校领导非常重视经典阅读氛围的营造。每个星期五下午，都有师生一起阅读的活动。在学校里，楼梯上可以看到中国古典文化——，门窗上有宣扬儒家文化的经典语句；教学区和墙上有宣传古典文化的地图.
学生们非常喜欢这宝贵的上午背诵和下午阅读时间。有时候学生会觉得经典的文章很难理解，但是老师会用简单的语言给我们讲解，并添加生动的例子。学校还组织了各种形式的背读小组和帮助小组，在竞争中学习，在学习中竞争；在快乐中阅读，在阅读中欣赏快乐。这样，学生越来越喜欢阅读。穿越岁月的长河，往事悠悠，仿佛就在昨天。我们品味着唐诗宋词，我们吟诵着优美的诗句，中国古典的铿锵韵致还在耳边回响，中国古典的永恒魅力还在心中荡漾。知识靠积累。没有记忆，就没有积累。记忆训练是智力发展的重要手段。只有通过阅读、背诵和记忆，学生才能开阔视野，积累知识，从而提高语文能力，养成阅读习惯。我们学校根据每个人的年龄特点，针对每个年级提出阅读文章的建议，让我们在阅读的声音中成长！
在我们学校，每节课前读经典已经成为一种习惯，老师深厚的文化底蕴更增添了儿童书墨的芬芳。读经典，也促进了我们人才的全面发展。读经也对名人文化起到了很大的推动作用，也成为我们学校一道亮丽的风景。

成长，就好比我人生中的一艘小船，行驶在波面上。
有时风平浪静，有时也会遇到汹涌澎湃的海浪。
但我的成长之舟，并不是一帆风顺的，其中也经历着各种风波。
对我而言，酸甜苦辣咸，样样都有。
我每天放学回到家，迎接我的都是那个熟悉的询问：“作业做完了吗?赶快做作业!”每当听到这些问话，我就心烦意乱，做作业时也不安心了。
我多么希望爸爸妈妈不在催我，让我按自己的计划来完成。
其实，我知道他们是为我好，可是我不希望自己像大多数的孩子那样在父母的唠叨声中成长。
所以，我通常的回答是“沉默是金”，而在我心里沉默不等于默认。
自从上学那天起，我的成绩就成为家庭永恒的话题。
我的成绩是时好时坏，成绩好的时候会得到妈妈的表扬和叮嘱：“不要骄傲，要不然下次肯定考不好。”成绩不好的时候，也会受到妈妈的严厉指责和叮嘱：“下次再考不好，就有你的好看。”成绩到底是什么?是分数还是自我提高?是对别人的超越，还是愈来愈重的压力?也许都是，也许都不是?我不明白，我感觉乏味也感觉困惑。
有时我自己常想，成长到底是什么?成长有时充满苦涩而又令人欣喜，成长有时也掺着几分遗憾，即使这样，成长的魅力依然是不可抗拒。
人需要成熟，人也需要成长，这是人类繁衍生息的自然规律。
烦恼使我变得善于思考，在烦恼中我一天天长大，我知道烦恼便是成长的催化剂。
也回想我这个年龄段的时候，无忧无虑的唱这首歌，心里不自觉得就开始酸溜溜的，那时的我，是那么单纯、活泼、快乐，不用惦记着明天语文考试，后天数学检查。
现在的我，似乎身上多了些什么，也少了些什么，什么呢?对，是多了一些压力，少了一些快乐，压力来自父母、老师、自己，快乐是儿时的单纯，无忧无虑。
小的时候吧!想着快点长大，长大了就可以上中学，进入了青春期，走进了人生最辉煌的殿堂，我长大了，我已不再是童年幼稚的小孩子，然而，这时，我的烦恼也渐渐多起来了，仿佛成长是和烦恼一起来了的。
进入中学，对于我来说，我对这里完全陌生，一张张陌生的面孔，我也不知道将会结识一些什么朋友，我都无从得知，在初中的第一学期，对于我来说，最大的挫折就是我上初一上半学期的期中考试我考砸了，忽然我从A班到了B班，那一段时间，我无法自拔，总感觉老师、家长、同学都在向自己投来讥讽的目光，那种感觉仿佛自己一下从天堂跌到了地狱，这是我一生中第一次有这种感觉，我的一次次体验，只证明了一个问题：我长大了，我将学会面对和处理一些事情。
成长的道路中酸甜苦辣是数不尽的，遇到烦恼更是不的避免的，但只要你能够勇敢的去面对，用正确的方法来解决它!或许，它将不再是烦恼而是生命中的一种点缀!是只属于自己的财富，被人是偷不走的;它更是一次从幼稚走向成熟的道路中体验与过程。
说起童年，大人们一定会说：童年是快乐的，无忧无虑，哪有什么烦恼。
童年是充满希望、充满活力的。
其实我们的童年却是另一番景象。
我们在学校和家这两点一线的单调世界里忙绿的生活着。
目的似乎只是为了一件事——高考。
然而，高考，却并不是我们的理想。
一份普通的工作，也不是我们的归宿。
我们也有自己的梦想，我们要用自己的努力去实现它，要用血和汗来证明自己的能力和价值。
只要有梦想，任何人都不会是庸才。
但现实好像并不尽如人意。
无论是循循善诱的良师，亦或是辛勤哺育我们的父母，都奉劝我们早早断绝了这荒谬的妄想。
我们就像一个个为各自理想企图翱翔蓝天的天使，但父母为了让我们能跑得更快而生生撕裂了我们的翅膀。
这善意的纠错，造就了一个个碌碌无为的庸才。
我们也许失去了翅膀，但我们并没有失去理想——只要我们不遗忘它，我们仍然可以在奔跑中寻找自己的方向。
成长中，我们会经历许多挫折，但这不是我们停下的理由。
只有不停奔跑，才有可能享受到达终点时的辉煌。

不知什么时候，我的鼻子上冒出了几颗小痘痘。
从这以后，我天天照镜子，看着这些痘痘们的“生活”变化。
我开始询问妈妈治疗痘痘的方法，我用洗面奶、芦苇等多种去痘的护肤用品，期待痘痘消失的那一天。
可一个星期过去了，两个星期过去了……我等了好久，但痘痘依然未见有起色。
哎!青春真烦!
放假了，回到家希望自己独立，自己的事情自己做，有时父母的问候却让我感觉是一种唠叨。
但回到学校了，遇到一点挫折或困难(如生病)竟有强烈的想家意识，思念父母，有时还会偷偷地哭。
我自己也感觉奇怪，我希望独立担又很依赖父母。
我想，这应该是成长的过渡期。
最令人烦恼的就是连自己也无法接受的脾气。
长大了，脾气越来越差。
往往，与父母讨论或商量一些事时，当我不同意时便会顶起嘴来，妈妈常常说我：“哎!长大了，脾气越来越倔强，真拿你没办法!”经过一论争吵后，我总想到自己错了。
这样一来，和父母的关系没有以前那么亲密了。
升中学以来，我长高了不少，旧衣服全不合身，便要买新的了!妈妈陪我去买，逛了很久，看上眼的不过三两件，但妈妈说小孩子不要衣着太成熟。
最后，只好买了几件大童装。
但买东西加起来不少了，我想这趟又花不少钱了!
每个人在成长的道路上，必须经历种种考验。
有的为自己的学业不理想而苦恼，有的为自己的痘痘发愁，有的为得不到父母的理解而感到委屈……我想，这应该就是成长的滋味。

不知不觉，我们长大了，但烦恼也悄无声息的伴随着成长而来……
在上小学时，我常带同学回家玩，妈妈总是寻问他们的成绩，有时听到有同学比我好，妈妈就会训我，说这不好，那不好，完全不管同学在不在，弄得我在同学面前很难堪，而我带的同学也常常扔下一句：“王豪，我先走了。”就转身离去。
后来，我上了初中，与小学同学也很少再来往，但每次大考小考妈妈都会向别人打听别人家孩子的成绩，正是这样，我从妈妈的口中认识了一种新的生物，这种生物没有零花钱，一个月吃两次肉都觉得奢侈。

妈妈总是拿我跟别人家的孩子比，总是说：你看人家的孩子比你多考了多少分，比你高了多少名。
我总有一种感觉，觉得好像不论我做什么都是错的，而别人无论做什么都是对的。
要是都是笨，那么管我叫傻，管别人叫老实;要是都精明，在我这儿叫装，在他那儿叫聪明;要是嘴甜点，他那叫会说话，我这儿叫拍马屁。
我总感觉我不是她亲生的，所以我有时总会在她痛斥完我一顿后冷冷得回一句：“那你干吗不去当他的妈。”妈妈便生气得坐在椅子上。
其实你生气，我何尝不是呢?你们从来说我这不如别人，那不如别人，可别人有最新款的玩具，我有吗?别人有每月三位数的零花钱，我有吗?别人有每年出去旅游的机会;我有吗?这些我都没有，我有的只是每天放学回家一副副凌乱的碗筷与待扫的地。
但我说过什么吗?
我没有抱怨什么，但我希望你们也能不再对我说什么，因为我就是我，我不想别人相提并论，因为这个世界上聪明的孩子有很多，但我却只有一个。

到底是剪短头发呢，还是继续留长发？我在镜子前来回踱步。
“当然是短发方便啦！”妈妈笑着说，“你头发越来越长了，打理起来也越来越麻烦。再说，尝试改变也是一件很美好的事哦！”
我又抬起头，望着镜中踌躇不安的自己和头上有些凌乱的长发，心想：改变为什么一定意味着失去呢？每天清晨，为了这一头长发，我常常要在镜前花费很多宝贵的时间。但是如果剪成了短发，不仅能节约时间，而且我还可以迎接一个崭新的模样，一个崭新的自我……
我下定了决心：改变！
于是，我坐在了理发店的转椅上，镜中的我露出心满意足的微笑。看着满地的碎发，我“如释重负”，一下子觉得世界焕然一新。看来，之前的担忧真是多余！
出了理发店，冬日的暖阳从云朵中露出微笑脸庞。我一边迈着欢快的步伐，一边在想：“改变，真好！”
这让我想起了另一件事。
以前，最让我焦虑的事情，就是在书房那“茫茫书海”中寻找一本急需的作业本。妈妈十分关心我，总是抽空帮我整理书房。但整理之后的日子里，书房总会时不时传来一连串问号：“妈妈，我的课外书呢？”“咦，我的练习册哪去了？”
于是，我尝试改变。从给每一本书归类到把书柜分格，从为每一本作业本“安家”，到给每一支笔找到“住所”……很快，我的书房中的每一位成员都有了“新家”。
从此，我都自己收拾房间。忙碌过后，我每次都感到疲倦，但内心却是无比快乐。因为我体验了“改变”：从妈妈为我的一切操劳，到我自己打理生活。我的房间越来越整洁，我也在改变中成长，越来越独立了。
生命中有许多需要改变的东西，我们要对改变充满信心，不能让多余的担心阻挡我们成长的步伐，因为改变让我们收获自信，收获希望，收获人生的多姿多态！改变，真好！

早上好!
今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《成长、发展与规则》
我记得在开学典礼上，陈沪军校长告诉大家工业4.0时代来了。今天我在这里并不想来说工业4.0时代，而是想告诉大家不管是工业4.0时代还是什么时代，我想，每一次新时代的来临给与我们的不仅仅是机遇和享受，同时也给以我们更多的要求与挑战!不管哪个时代，竞争的焦点一定是人才，而人才竞争的焦点则是素质和能力。
多年来，社会对于各类人才综合素质的基本要求和各用人部门的反映具有高度一致性，即无论什么岗位，无论职位高低，都需要具备宽厚的基础知识、系统的专业知识、灵活的思维方式和较强的动手能力。更需要高度的事业心、责任感、合作精神及沟通能力，而后者显然已成为公民从业上岗的普遍性要求。
why?那么为什么会出现有知识缺文明，有学问缺教养的人呢?
因为成长是一个过程，意味着一个人在年龄不断增长的过程中渐渐成熟与发展起来。而发展是事物从出生开始的一个进步变化的过程，是事物的不断更新，既有量的变化，又有质的变化;有正向的变化，也有负向变化。那些人出现了负向变化。负向变化的根源是缺乏规则意识。
今天我跟大家分享一个真实的小故事。对外经济贸易合作部副部长、中国WTO首席谈判代表龙永图曾介绍过他的一次经历。
有一次在瑞士，他和几个朋友去公园散步，上厕所时，听到隔壁卫生间里“砰砰”地响，他有点纳闷。出来后，附近一个女士很着急地问他有没有看到她的孩子。她说孩子进厕所十多分钟了，还没有出来，她又不能进去找。于是龙永图想起了隔壁卫生间的响声。出于友善，他便折回洗手间，打开那个厕所的门。他看到一个七八岁的小孩正在修抽水马桶，怎么弄都冲不出水来，急得满头大汗。原来，那个小孩觉得他上厕所不冲水是犯了规则。
规则意识，从某种意义上来说就是一种社会责任感;树立这种规则意识在我国当前显得非常必要。从人的本性上来说，没有人喜欢被规则约束，人们更多的是对自由的渴望，对无拘无束的生活的向往;但是，没有规则约束的自由不是真正的自由，而是灾难。黄河因为有了堤岸的约束，才能展现它一泻千里、波澜壮阔的奔腾气势，成为哺育中华民族的母亲河，如果没有堤岸或堤岸决口，则会带来致命的洪灾。现代交通，有了合理的交通规则，且能严格遵守的话，才有高速行驶的畅快，才能给人类带来巨大的便利，反之，将引发巨大的灾难。
我们同学的健康成长更需要规则和纪律的约束。课堂纪律能保证我们拥有一个书香浓郁的学习气氛;卫生纪律能保证我们学生拥有一个整洁幽雅的校园环境;文明规范能保证我们学生今后成为一个有修养的人。
这些道理估计我们的同学都懂，也都认可,但是这里面还存在着一些似乎是矛盾的现象。学校某一层楼的男厕凡是路过的同学无不掩鼻抱怨，我想问问同学们，这个臭味如何产生的?为什么只有这层楼的厕所特别臭?答案很简单，我们去检查的老师发现，该厕所有男生便后不冲水。也许那个抱怨厕所特别臭的同学，就是不冲厕所的那个。
再说说校园环境的问题，以我们同学的知识，大概都知道以零食代替主食，肯定有害健康，但还是有人对它“孜孜以求”，甚至于吃了这些零食后还乱丢包装袋。当我们走在脏乱的校园中，心情变得不好时，同学们是否想起，那个零食包装袋，那张用过的餐巾纸到底是谁扔的?当你抱怨学校午餐难吃、吃不下时，是否问过自己是不是因为零食代替主食的缘故。还有，当你在校外听到别人在议论穿校服的学生抽烟、穿校服的学生去超市拿了东西不付钱，你还记得当时你的面庞有没有发热。
规则来自于理智，规则是理智的外化。只有当我们制定了高速公路的交通规则，且大家都能严格遵守交通规则，那我们才可以将车开得既快又安全;
同样，我们同学拥有了学校、班级的纪律规则，且同学们都能严格遵守的话，那我们才可以成长的既快又好。
成长是一个人在与时俱进不断地学习新的东西，不断增长知识，增长智慧，不断认识社会，认识世界，认识自己的成长中，对是非曲直有明睿的判断力。
最后希望同学们理智的遵守规则，衷心祝愿同学们更好的成长，并享受成长带来的快乐。

你们好!
我演讲的题目是健康善行伴我成长。
如果你失去了今天，你不算失败，因为明天会再来。
如果你失去了金钱，你不算失败，因为人生的价值不在钱袋。
如果你失去了文明，你是彻彻底底的失败，因为你已经失去了做人的真谛。
文明涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系。它的主要作用，一是追求个人道德完善，一是维护公众利益、公共秩序。
说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说：“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧!”他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上楼了，他才下楼。这不也是良好文明礼仪的体现么?
这里我不想过多地举伟人的例子，因为这很容易令大家产生一种错觉：认为文明礼仪只是伟人、名人才具备，那么我们将无需为自己或多或少的不文明言行而愧疚;或者认为即使践行了文明的要求，也并不因之成为伟人、名人。我们不但要有讲道德的大人物，我们更需要一群有道德的民众。
一个社会
的公共文明水平，可以折射出一个社会一个国家的文明程度，一个人如果不遵守社会文明，小的会影响自身形象，大的会影响国家声誉。在清朝的时候，大臣李鸿章出使俄国，在一公开场合，恶习发作，随地吐了一口痰，被外国记者大加渲染、嘲弄，丢尽了中国人的脸。这是一个不遵守社会文明的历史教训。
我们从小接受文明礼仪的教育，很多同学都可以滔滔不绝地大谈文明礼仪可是看见校园中随处丢弃的饭盒，饮料瓶，听着某些同学口中吐出的脏话，怎能不教人痛心疾首呢!难道我们都是“语言的巨人，行动的矮人”么?明代大学者王守仁说“知是行的主意，行是知的功夫;知是行之始，行是知之成;知和行是一个本体、一个功夫。知而不行，只是未知。”我们接受文明礼仪的教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之，这跟从来没有接受社会教育有什么区别!所以我们要实践社会文明，就要从这“知行合一”上下功夫、从自己的坐言起行上下功夫，就要告别不文明的行为。

经典，是时间的沙盘，经过一次一次大浪淘沙所留下来的，极富时代音韵的沉淀。
然而就是这样的经典，用厚重的封皮包裹，精美的纸张印刷，孤零零地立在书架一角。人们漫不经心地路过，感慨或惊叹其年代久远和声名远扬，然后以謇涩难懂为名，悄然离去。
在这个愈来愈繁忙和紧张的世界上，众多年轻人选择用流行文学放松自己，陶醉于明丽轻快的文字风格，沉迷在一波三折的故事情节。遗弃了经典所谓陈旧老套的描写，不愿静下心来感受和体会经典那余味悠长的意境与情感。
我为经典而悲痛，为人类而叹惋！
我们错过了许多，却仍旧因无知而沾沾自喜而毫无悔意。
在清幽的夜晚，放下手中毫无灵感的作文，坐到窗边，看着被窗棂瓜分的星空，感受百年前，李煜“无言独上西楼，月如钩，寂寞梧桐深院锁清秋”的悲伤与无奈。
坐上离开故乡的火车，望着窗外挥手道别的爷爷奶奶，是否会觉得周围的一切，都像极了“千里烟波，暮霭沉沉楚天阔”。
得知期末考取得了好成绩时，又是否会想起，在千年前，也有一人“春风得意马蹄疾，一日看尽长安花”。
鲁迅和矛盾入木三分的描写，使我们在平淡或沉重中，感受到时代的愤慨带给我们的压抑或震撼。瓦尔登湖的宁静与安逸，又使我们看到人间平凡的美好与温柔。而陀思妥耶夫斯基的《罪与罚》，剖出人心底的罪恶，鲜血淋漓地暴露在阳光之下，引人深思而又回味无穷。
这些都是通俗文学无法比拟的。
阅读通俗文学固然快乐和缓解压力，可经典文学，又为何不可取代它们。经典是一坛陈酒，余韵十足，却需要耐心等待和品味。只要当你品味了余韵，就会不受控制地沉迷于它。所以同学们，不妨让我们多付出一些时间和耐心，坐下来认真阅读一本经典，感受那通俗文学没有的余韵。

经典并不是谈空话的，它会切身地帮助我们。它是“鉴于往事，有资于治道”的《资治通鉴》，是“无韵之离骚”的《史记》。记得小时候，我自以为是，瞧不起别人，直到我读到《将相和》这个故事，我才明白：每个都会有自己的优点，相互学习，取长补短，才是顾全大局。经典历史，让我懂得了道理，明确了志向。
经典并不是故弄玄虚的，它会像《科学的旅程》那样“揭开被科学辉煌成就遮蔽了的真实历史”。经典，会悄悄告诉我爱因斯坦在研究避雷针时险些被雷劈，阿基米得在洗澡时发现了“排水法”，高斯在数学课上用自己的“求和法”让老师惊掉了下巴。经典的科学与数学读物，让我在感叹他们的周密严谨之余，又印象深刻，对它们产生了浓郁的兴趣。

第一点，小摊上的食品大多不卫生。例如麻辣烫。麻辣烫因为不干净，容易拉肚子，所以有些无良商家在里面加氟哌酸，氟哌酸是一种治疗拉肚子的消炎药，长期使用会使身体产生抗药性，当真正生病需要消炎药的时候，药物难以对抗疾病。再如烤鱿鱼，鱿鱼越白，就越不能吃。白色的鱿鱼是用双氧水泡过的。总之，只图利益的小贩总能往“美味”的食物中，加入一些你想不到的“调味剂”——只有我们想不到，没有他们加不到!
三无食品的危害。首先，什么是“三无食品”?“三无食品”是指无厂名、厂址、生产日期的“三无”食品，多数是用有毒、有害、变质或劣质原料制作的食品。“三无”食品是最不安全食品。那些不合格的膨化食品、腌制和油炸食品卫生指标中的菌落数、大肠菌群、过氧化值指标超标，还能产生亚硝胺、铅等致癌物质，食用会导致胃肠不适、腹泻并损害肝脏。
其次，三无食品的危害，还在于那小小一包中包含了“千千万万”种的食品添加剂。食品添加剂的危害不容小觑，如苯甲酸、山梨酸钾和亚硝酸盐等过量或超标，会在一定程度上抑制人体骨骼生长，危害肾脏、肝脏的健康。甜味剂在饮料、糖果、酱类及各种小食品中广泛使用，除了口感因素外，高糖饮食会引起肥胖，尤其是青少年及儿童吃糖过多不仅容易生龋齿，患多动症和忧郁症的比例也比较高，所以应少食含糖量高的食品。人工合成色素是通过人工化学方式合成的，用于改善食品感官性状的化学物质，过量使用后可能含有一定毒性。
有些小食品生产厂家喜欢大量使用香精来增加食品的味觉，这样使人容易对浓烈的味感形成依赖，而对牛奶、蔬菜等清淡、有营养的食品不感兴趣。长此以往，容易导致膳食结构不合理，影响人对营养的均衡摄入。对于处在生长发育期的青少年而言，这种偏食、挑食的习惯，还会影响到骨骼和大脑的发育。在大量吃膨化食品的人群中，常常可见两种不正常的发育形态：一种是因胃口不好而引起的过分消瘦，另一种则是摄入了膨化食品过高的脂肪而导致肥胖。

作为学生，一年有绝大部分时间在学校和学校周围生活，在这个人口密集，而面积狭小的特殊环境里，安全更是我们关注的`重点。可安全意识浅薄，就潜伏着一些安全隐患。一个小意外都有可能带给我们极大的伤害和损失。也许你早已厌烦了父母的唠叨，听腻了师长的叮嘱，但安全之灯却不可以熄灭。
据有关资料显示，校园安全涉及到青少年生活和学习方面的安全隐患有20多种：食物中毒，体育运动损伤、网络交友安全，交通事故、火灾火险、溺水、危害，等。据了解，我国每年约有1.6万名学生非正常死亡：学生因安全事故、食物中毒、溺水、自杀等死亡的，平均每天有40多人，就是说几乎每天有一个班的学生在“消失”。其实在我们身边也相继出现了不少因思想疏忽而引发的伤亡事故，这充分暴露出我们的学生在思想、心理、行为上具有普遍的安全隐患。他们将父母、家长的句句叮咛抛在脑后，在行为上无视自己的生命，可见追逐打闹造成骨折，课堂上被铅笔头扎上，溺水身亡，打架斗殴以及车祸等意外事故令人防不胜防。结果酿成的一桩桩悲剧，令原本美好、幸福的家庭支离破散，一个个触目惊心、血泪交织的悲剧不能不叫人扼腕叹息，心有余悸，这些令人心颤的事实背后，我们看见了什么呢？逝者以他们鲜活而短暂的生命向我们敲响了安全的警钟。望老师，同学深思！
不少同学会认为，安全只是指身体的安全甚至是肢体的健壮和不受伤害，认为只要自己的肢体健全、行动自如那就叫安全。我认为，这绝不是安全的全部。即便是一个具有健全体格的人，如果他的思想道德水平低下、明辨是非能力不强，糊里糊涂攀兄弟、结姊妹，既有拉帮结派之嫌，又有醉翁喝酒之意，如果他不明不白逞义气、惹事端，不但喜好随波逐流，而且喜欢出点乱子，这表现出来的就是思想上的安全问题。再说，一个具有健全体格的人，如果他沉溺于不良书刊和网络游戏的精神，天天吸，处处吸，甚至在课堂上忍不住要走神，思之想之，深夜里忍不住要越墙泡网吧熬个通宵，如果他过早的迷恋于少男少女的缠绵悱恻，无端寻仇觅恨，疯疯傻傻，痴痴狂狂，甚至争风吃醋结恩怨，冲冠一怒为红颜，这表现出来的就是行为上的安全问题。有了这样不安全的行为，要踏踏实实的读好书，一帆风顺得读到头，那也是很难的。
其实，无论是人身安全还是思想安全，他们都有一个共同特点，那就是结果的残酷性。交通事故，游泳溺水事故。体育活动意外伤害事故，可间游戏追逐打闹偶发事故，轻者可以伤及体格，重者能够危及生命，他们造成的后果是残酷的。

安全工作是我们学校工作的重点之一，我们学校自始至终就高度重视安全工作。学校建立健全了各种安全制度，成立了安全工作领导小组，加强对全校师生进行经常性的和重点时段的安全教育和安全督导工作，保证了学校的安全工作有组织、有领导、有制度、有落实。学校通过各种途径，如：集会、升旗仪式、家长会、班校板报、主题班会、安全教育和培训、演讲比赛、校园广播等形式，注意加强对我们的同学进行交通、防火、防水、防毒、防电、防盗、防传染病和防不法侵害等方面的安全知识教育。并通过与我们的班主任、有关教师及其工作人员签订“安全公约”、“安全工作责任书”，加强节假日巡视检查等多种形式，不断强化和提高全校师生的安全防范意识和安全责任感，努力消除各种安全事故隐患，保证了学校工作的正常开展和同学们身心的健康成长。
尽管学校有关领导和我们的班主任老师通过各种形式对我们的同学进行了多方面的安全、法制和纪律教育，采取了各种各样的防范措施，可仍有部分同学无视学校有关的安全纪律规定，做出了一些有可能伤及自身和伤及他人的违纪行为。这部分同学在安全方面确实还存在着许多的问题和隐患，例如课间在楼上楼下追逐打闹;使用体育运动器械、实验器材时违章操作;违纪玩火玩水摆弄电器;放学后在校内外逗留时间过长;同学之间发生矛盾纠纷后拉帮结伙通过打架来解决;节假日双休日结伙闲逛惹是生非。有些同学尤其是在交通安全和防火、防水安全方面存在的隐患更多，他们主要表现在：交通安全意识淡漠，安全责任心差，存有侥幸心理，缺乏安全防范和自我保护意识;交通法规知识较少，经常有违反交通法规的现象;随意横穿公路;不主动给机动车让路，乘坐车船或上下楼道时抢上抢下、拥挤等;从以上种种不安全现象的大量存，交通安全和防火、防水、防冲憧、防伤害安全就是我们目前在安全方面最需要注意和防范的几个重点。
下面，针对目前我们在安全方面存在的诸多问题，结合我们学校的实际情况，就我校的安全和管理进行培训教育，内容主要如下：
1、与人为善 和睦相处 各班班主任要教育学生要友好相处为重点。学校禁止追逐打闹，欺侮同学，同学之间发生矛盾是难免的，我们要多作自我批评，主动并找老师妥善处理;任何人不得找外人到校滋事，加深矛盾，否则从严顶格处理;不与社会上的不良青年交往;严禁携带玩耍危险物品(如刀、枪、棍、爆炸有毒物品等);进出学校应遵守秩序，领取饭菜时应顺序排队，不争不抢;禁止攀伏楼梯栏杆;严禁在教室和楼道内追逐、跑跳、打闹;上下楼梯要靠右行，不拥挤、争抢;双休日和节假日禁止结伙闲逛，惹事生非;未经批准不得进入校园(特别是学生不得在星期天的晚上到校，我们的宿舍管理员要关闭宿舍，不得允许留宿);夜晚一般不单独外出活动，防止不法侵害。学会谦让和说文明用语，如谢谢，对不起，请原谅等，具有正确的荣辱观，就能有效地减少矛盾和冲突的发生。从而营造一个良好的氛围。
2、遵守交通规则，防止交通事故。加强对学生进行交通安全知识教育和养成教育，培养学生遵守交通规则的良好行为习惯。要教育学生行路靠右边，禁止骑车并行，禁止互相追逐，不抢行;禁止驾驶摩托车、拖拉机等机动车辆;禁止攀爬机动车辆行走。要教育学生不在铁路、公路周围玩耍、逗留，不得损坏交通设施。
3、消防安全： 禁止燃放鞭炮，不得玩火，不得烧山毁林，更不得烧毁他人财物，不得损坏消防器材和照明设施，造成损失的要照价赔偿，情节严重的将依法追究其责任。学会正确操作使用灭火器和消防栓，学会火灾时正确的逃生自救方法：用湿手巾蒙上鼻孔，低身通过安全出口。
4、防 水：教育学生禁止到池塘、河堰等深水危险处玩耍、洗澡、滑冰、捉鱼摸虾、捡捞田螺等，严防溺水事故的发生，这作为我们本期安全工作的一个重点，凡是违反此规定的，我们必须请家长到校接受教育，加强对子女的教育和管理，直到认识深刻，写下书面保证后由其监护人签字后交学校存档，向学校交一定数目的保证金，本期内无再犯退还保证金，并对学生做出留校查看处理，如有再犯，将劝其退学，将保证金用于奖励举报反应情况人员。情节严重的直接劝其退学处理。
5、防 盗：公私物品都应妥善使用和保管。教室、办公室、宿舍寝室、工作间等要及时关窗锁门。学生不随意进他人教室、房间，未经允许不动用他人物品;必须保管好自己的钱物，以防遗失。
6、安全用电：不乱摆弄各种电器设备。不乱接电源、乱拉电线。电脑、饮水机等应按时关闭。远离高压电房和配电室及其危险场地。严禁损坏电线和电器(以前有学生摇晃电线)。下雨天不在大树下或高大建筑物下避雨，防止雷击，不得损坏电线、电器及通讯设施设备。
7、劳动安全：打扫卫生和参加劳动时，班主任老师要应对学生进行劳动安全教育，讲清注意事项，指导学生参加劳动。要本着安全、无毒、无害、力所能及的原则，加强劳动保护，保障安全。教育学生劳动时应小心谨慎，禁止用工具玩耍打闹。采取切实可行的安全防范措施。
8、集体活动：组织旅游、看电影、文体活动、集会等集体活动必须经过学校批准，严密组织，精心安排，落实好安全责任措施，任何人不得私自组织、参加。举行集体活动时，班主任老师听从学校的指挥和安排，全程随班级学生一起活动，随时处置各种突发事件，防止不安全事故的发生。
9、校舍安全：后勤办公室人员要加强校舍检查力度，要对教学用房、食堂、宿舍、厕所及公共活动场所进行认真的隐患排查，发现问题及时处理，确保校舍安全，严禁使用D级危房，或在D级危房附近活动。
10、课堂教学：在教室里上课时，学校师生必须按照教育局的课堂常规开展活动，任课教师即为班级安全工作的第一责任人。学生必须对自己的安全负责，不得随意离开教室，不对从事与课堂无关的事情。(教师不得把学生逐出教室，不得安排学生离校找家长或出校门办私事。学生在教学楼走廊、楼梯和楼下等处活动时，在附近候课和经过的老师即为学生安全工作的重要责任人，要教育、监管学生不追逐、打闹、跑跳，不做危险的动作。)
11、体育、活动课：加强体育、活动课的组织管理。课前要加强运动和活动器材的安全检查，布置和检查好场地器材，制定好安全防范措施。要严格课堂组织纪律，注意对学生进行安全和卫生教育，衣服内不准装刀、笔、钥匙等防碍安全的杂物，防止运动创伤和意外伤害事故的发生。要对女生、患心脏病等先天疾病的学生予以适当的照顾和格外关怀，对此学校要求各班要专设一名女学生干部，及时了解有关情况并及时通报给体育老师。
12、实验课及信息技术课：组织学生上课前，应该做好实验室和电脑室的安全排查，由教师亲自组织学生队列整齐，按照一路纵队带进带出并保持秩序和安静。要加强实验器材的和实验过程的管理，教育学生严格按实验规程操作，严格遵守实验室各项规章制度。要注意加强实验过程中水、火、电、气、仪器、设备、工具等的监管，尤其是危险实验药品 的管理，防止发生意外事故。实验结束后，要做好清洁卫生工作，实验教师要对各种仪器设备检查无误后方可离开。
13、值班及门卫管理：学校值班人员要明确职责，坚守岗位，做到昼夜值班;要按时开关好大门，巡逻和维护好校内秩序，保护好学校资产;要做好早、中、晚学生出入校的监管工作;非本校人员和车辆未经允许禁止进入校园。参加节假日值班的教职工要按时上岗，认真履行职责，维护好校园正常的安全秩序和卫生环境。参加值周班级的学生应按时上岗，认真负责，协助值班领导和德育处维护好校园正常的安全纪律秩序。
14、安全教育和培训： 学校要求全校师生必须按照参加安全教育和培训，不断学习安全知识，增加安全防范意识和安全责任感，努力消除身边存在的各种安全事故隐患，不断增强自己的安全防范能力。
15、寄宿学生安全管理 班主任要组织本班学生进行寄宿学生的教育，强调学校的管理，排除寄宿学生寝室的存在的安全隐患，对学生生活进行监督和管理，确保寝室整洁和学生按学校规定作息时间就寝。寄宿学生要严格遵守住宿生日常行为规范，不得在寝室打闹，影响他人休息和损坏学校公物。
16、行为习惯的养成教育。班主任老师要对学生进行日常行为习惯的养成教育，特别是对上放学、课堂、集体活动、住校学生的起床、早操、内务整理、就餐、清洁卫生等进行强化教育。作为一名学生要按时上学，放学回家，不得在路途中逗留和玩耍;不得在课堂上做小动作或顶撞老师等;不要跟陌生人讲话、接触，更不要吃陌生人送给你的食物;不要离家出走，与大人赌气出门在外，让大人操心，也避免遇上坏人;教育学生在面对地震、洪水等自然灾害时应采取什么措施躲避;在传染性疾病爆发时应如何做好清洁卫生和防控;在校外不能随便把自己的家庭住址、父母姓名、联系方式等给陌生人或者培训机构，以免给骗子以可乘之机。
17、责任追究：在安全工作中，学校要求学生要遵守学校纪律和规章制度，按《中小学生日常行为规范》行事，对违反规定的要依照学校对违纪学生的处理条例严肃处理，记录存档。全体教职工要依法照章办事。由于责任心不强或擅离职守等失职行为而引发的安全事故，学校将根据情节轻重分别给予批评教育、扣除考核分、取消评优选先和职称评聘晋级资格、赔偿经济损失、落聘、行政处分等处理;触犯刑律的，移交司法机关追究刑事责任。
18、事故报告 学校师生发现不安全隐患或安全事故，要及时报告老师或学校领导，及时排除隐患或正确地处理。有效地制止不安全事故的发生或减少损失，对于防止安全事故发生做出重要贡献的师生要给予表彰和奖励。为抓好班级安全工作，学校要求建立事故报告制度。发生安全事故，班主任老师要及时报告学校，事故发生的时间、地点、原因及造成的后果要口头或书面报告。对隐瞒情况不报者，一经查出要严肃处理，并承担相应的责任。

大家下午好！
今天我演讲的主题是：争做孝顺好少年。美德是什么？相信大家面对这个问题并不怎么了解。在古代，具有美德指的是遵从五常之教，即遵守君臣、父子、夫妻、兄弟、邻里之间的关系；譬如“尧舜禅位”中的“舜”。舜在家尊老爱幼，邻里之间和睦相处，执法严正公平······就是因为他有如此多的美德，才使诸侯归顺于他，成就了一番大业。
现在已是21世纪，虽然没有了清规戒律，但是，关于美德的标准还是有很多，比如：孝。孔子曰：“孝，德之本也。”孝是中华民族的传统美德；孝是传统的中国文化；孝也是奠定和谐社会的基础之一。在《二十四孝》中，我读到过这样一个故事，它讲述的是“贤德的虞舜”。虞舜本是颛顼帝的后代，但从颛顼的儿子到舜的父亲，几代人都是普通的平民。舜的母亲在他很小的时候就去世了，他的父亲瞽叟（ɡǔ sǒu）是个盲人，而且品行不端，又续娶了个后妻，生了个儿子叫象，象也是一个顽皮贼骨的人。舜30岁的时候，恰逢尧帝在天下寻找贤人志士做自己的接班人，各路诸侯都推选他。尧便赏他大批粮食等，还把自己的两个女儿嫁给他。父亲瞽叟听说了这件事，便想杀了他，独霸财产。瞽叟先让舜回家帮他修粮仓，然后点燃了粮仓，幸好舜纵身从房上跳下来，逃离火海。瞽叟见毒计未能得逞，还不罢休。他让舜帮他挖井，在舜挖到深处时，他和象便用力往井里填土，想把他埋在里面。辛亏在挖井的时候，舜多了个心眼儿，在旁偷偷挖了条暗道，才得以逃生。就在瞽叟和象以为舜死了，吵着分财产的时候，舜出现了，但舜没有揭穿他们。从此以后，一如既往的孝敬二老，照顾弟弟。在他的感化下，他的父母和弟弟都改正了错误，走上了正路。
舜孝敬父母，照顾弟弟的事令人不禁对他肃然起敬，因为他有着孝顺的美德；我们在生活中也能孝敬父母。或许，在家里，你不要再吵闹，给父母添乱，他们就会觉得你长大了，不再像孩提时代那样顽皮了；你也可以帮爸爸妈妈干一点力所能及的家务活，学着照顾自己，不再让爸爸妈妈为你忙前忙后；也可以为操劳了一天的父母捶一次背、洗一次脚、泡一杯茶······这些小事虽不及虞舜，但也会让你的父母得到安慰，这也代表着孝顺，象征着美德！

大家好！
从小，我就总听大人说要孝顺。可我并不太懂什么是孝顺。我问妈妈，妈妈说，孝顺是晚辈对长辈爱的表达。我好像一下子懂事了，很想做点力所能及的事孝顺长辈们。
和外公外婆生活在一起时，每个周末我们都要下乡去看太爷爷太奶奶。乡下没有什么好玩的，也没有熟悉的小伙伴，幼小的我总是不太情愿去。不管每次我如何软磨硬泡，外公外婆从不让步，他们说：“要做孝顺的孩子，看望长辈是必须要做的事！”
一个周末，我们又来到乡下，老远我就看到太爷爷太奶奶在门外张望的身影，我仔细看着他们，觉得原本身体很硬朗的太爷爷怎么背有些驼了呢？而太奶奶本来就瘦小的身体更是单薄得像一阵风就能吹倒似的。我隐隐的觉得心里揪着有点疼。
来到他们面前，我大声地问他们好，太爷爷摸着我的头说：“这丫头又长高了！”太奶奶脸上带着慈祥的笑看着我。我看着他们满是皱纹的脸，很想做点什么让他们开心。
这一天，我并没有像往常一样只顾自己玩，而是在太爷爷太奶奶身边绕，一会儿看看太爷爷在干什么，一会儿去摸摸太奶奶的手。太爷爷笑着说：“今天怎么了？看电视不好吗？”我说：“不看了，想陪陪你们”。太爷爷笑得更开心了，大声说：“好！帮我捡菜吧！”我赶紧蹲下来，和太爷爷一起捡菜，他教我如何把根部掐掉，如何把黄叶去掉。我很认真的做着。太爷爷问：“最近学习好吗？”“可好了，都考前几名呢。”我得意地说。“真的！那要争取考第一呢！”太爷爷满脸笑容。“我还学了很多本领呢！跳舞啊，小提琴啊，画画啊……”我一边说，一边手舞足蹈。“那给我露两手呗！”太爷爷拍拍手，竖起眉毛看着我，好像很期待。“好！”我大声地唱着歌，跳起了舞，比往常在学校里跳得都卖力，我想使出浑身的本领让太爷爷太奶奶笑得更灿烂。
吃完饭，我陪太奶奶在田边散步，我扶着行动不便的太奶奶，仔细地看着脚下，生怕太奶奶被什么绊倒。一边还跟太奶奶说着书本上看来的一些小笑话。太奶奶走得很慢很慢，一双满是筋骨的手握着我的小手，握得很紧很紧。而我觉得，第一次，我的心离他们很近很近，而且心里胀胀的，满满的充盈着对他们的孝心爱意。
那一天，回城的时候，我在车后排回望了很久很久，直到车子拐了好几个弯再也看不到太爷爷太奶奶时才回头。心里还有很不舍的感觉。外婆搂着我说：“我们的小丫头长大了，是个孝顺的好孩子了！”我捧着外婆的脸，狠狠地亲了几口：“外婆，我可不想你变老！”外婆把我搂得更紧了。
现在，我跟妈妈到了上海上学，不太能经常看到他们，心里很挂念他们。妈妈说：“大家最担心的是你在新的地方能不能适应新生活，你一定要努力，很快的赶上这里的学习节奏，让长辈们放心，让他们开心，这也是一种孝顺哦。”

Facing this audience on the stage, I have the exciting feeling of participating in the march of history, for what we are facing today is more than a mere competition or contest. It is an assembly of some of Chinas most talented and motivated people, representatives of a younger generation that are preparing themselves for the coming of a new century.
Im grateful that Ive been given this opportunity, at such a historic moment, to stand here as a spokesman of my generation and to take a serious look back at the past 15 years, a crucial period for every one of us and for this nation as well.
Though it is only within my power to tell about my personal experience, and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, I believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.
In my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons.
The teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, I always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.
One day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, Could you please explain this to me? I want very much to do better this time. I started explaining, and finished in a hurry. Pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, I ran off quickly. Nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. And two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. No one ever knew about the little task I failed to fulfill, but I couldnt forgive myself. I simply couldnt forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, Why didnt you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for you? Why didnt you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that I would not have to leave this world in such pain and regret?
I was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for I began to understand the word responsibility and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.
Later in my life, I continued to experience many failures. But never again did I feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that I have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best I can.
As I grew up, changed and improved by this incident and many other similar ones, I began to perceive the changes taking place around me and to find that society, in a way, was in its formative years like myself. New buildings, new commodities and new fashions appear every day.
New ideas, new information, new technologies. People can talk with each other from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds. Society is becoming more competitive.
Words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.
Such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it. Yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.
We learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not assisting. We hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who cant even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars.
We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.
Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.
Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. History has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student. Probably Ill be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But this doesnt discourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, its going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that I will be living.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of this nation, which has achieved greatness that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom will not attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered by posterity. We are reminded by karl marx that capital goes beyond national borders and eludes control from any other entity. this has become a reality. multinational corporations are seeking the lowest cost, the largest market, and the most favorable policy. they are often powerful lobbyists in government decision-making, ruthless expansionists in the global market place and a devastating presence to local businesses.
For china, still more challenges exist. how are we going to ensure a smooth transition from the planned economy to a market-based one? how to construct a legal system that is sound enough and broad enough to respond to the needs of a dynamic society? how to maintain our cultural identity in an increasingly homogeneous world? and how to define greatness in our rise as a peace-loving nation? globalization entails questions that concern us all.
