大家好！

今天我们在这里，举行阳光课堂教学模式深入推进启动仪式。阳光课堂我们在xx年开始进行课题实验，我们进行的非常的扎实，我们曾经几上昌乐二中取经学习，而且已经形成了自己的教学特点和模式。

一、对本次课堂教学研究的定位：

阳光课堂教学模式是我校阳光文化的深入发展和实践，是我校特色发展必经阶段和新的突破口。这是本学期学校的工作重点之一，也是新领导班子开展的第一次全校性的工作。

本次的阳光课堂不是xx年的学习和模仿，而是深入推进。是再研讨，是提升，是全面落实。已经实践过的老师是一个提炼、精炼和落实的过程，当然新近老师是一个从模仿开始的一个过程。但是不论哪位老师，总体的指向就是落实。

二、阳光课堂是理想课堂的实践：

有效课堂的研究是教育改革的一种发展趋向，是课堂教学必经的一个阶段。朱永新描述的理想课堂第一重境界为：落实有效教育框架，为课堂奠定一个坚实的基础。有效课堂实施的关键点就是学生要参与到课堂中去。不论是洋思中学和杜郎口中学，都把学生的参与作为课堂的重点，采取自主学习、合作探究、展示交流等方式，采取了先学后教、以学定教等方法，发挥学生学习的主体地位，发挥学生的主动性。

理想课堂第二重境界是：发掘知识这一伟大事物内在的魅力。发掘的主体是学生，发掘的前提是调动参与的积极性。朱永新认为，优秀的课堂教学，就是要重现这一神奇的发现与创造的过程。让学生参加知识的重建，发现知识的内在魅力，这会使每一个学生都能得到潜能的激发，使得每一个学生都会有创新的收获。

理想课堂第三重境界是：知识、社会生活与师生生命的深刻共鸣。朱永新认为，理想课堂是人与知识（世界、文本）的对话、人与他者（教师、学生、其他读者）的对话、人与自己的对话（反思性的）。课堂教学不仅实现了知识的复现，而且也实现了人的复活——师生生命的复活。让人的生命得到激活，获得生活的热情，这才真正的理想的教育生活，才是教育的最高境界。

三、希望全体教师高度重视，思想统一。

1、这个过程是一个自我否定的过程，如同生孩子，如同美丽的蝴蝶脱茧重生，如同四十岁的老鹰磨掉喙和趾甲。鹰是寿命最长的鸟类，可活70岁。但在它40岁时，喙和爪子会严重老化，羽毛也变得不利于飞翔。此时鹰必须做出生死抉择：要么等死；要么经历涅槃。它首先用喙击打岩石，直到其完全脱落；用长出的新喙把爪子上老化的趾甲扯掉；再用新长的趾甲将羽毛全部拔掉。5个月后鹰将迎接全新的30年！”

脱茧重生和四十的'老鹰，都是一个自我否定的过程，是一个非常痛苦的过程。一个新的思路和教学过程的产生不会是一个顺利的过程，会艰难无比。

2、这个过程是一个反反复复的过程。就如同我们跟初一老师说的，形成一个习惯需要21天，扎实一个习惯需要三个月。因此形成稳定教学模式需要时间，这个时间可能是一个学期，也可能是三年。希望大家耐住性子，服从安排，听从指挥。

3、这个过程需要统一思想，把思想统一到提高效果，追求幸福的目标上。不论你是得过省市优质课奖的老师，你是特级教师、日照名师、骨干教师，不论是刚毕业的老师还是即将退休的教师，都要进行实验。学校教学改革没有特殊人物，没有例外。我们骨干教师、老教师、高级教师要发挥自己的骨干作用，确实起到示范效果。

4、这个过程不能轻言放弃，不能涛声依旧。日照的学校喜欢起实验学校的名字，其实也意味着我们教育需要不断地改革。不要怕失败，一次的失败不能意味着终生的失败。有失败才有创新，才有出路。

5、这个过程需要民主的研讨，更需要集中制的模式。

6、模式是一种导向，是一个目标，是一个框架，我们需要模式。但是我们不唯模式，我们需要的创新，特别是现在再次重拾模式。不放弃模式，但不唯模式。

7、这个过程需要发挥个人和集体的智慧，特别是教研组、备课组的团队作用，我们希望的是一种守正出奇，和而不同教研氛围。希望大家统一思想，心往一处使，劲往一处用。坚决反对自己不实践，却煽风点火、说三倒四。

只要努力就有收获，坚持才会胜利，让我们共同努力，为创造我们港中的阳光课堂、幸福课堂而努力。

在新课程改革的新形势下，繁琐的教学理论，花样翻新的教法，形形色色的形式主义充斥着我们课堂，很多教师时常在思考：为什么教师教得很辛苦，学生也学得很辛苦，但是实际效果并不理想，很多学生对数学知识的掌握和运用十分有限。其原因是我们在课堂教学中很多是无效的或低效的教学行为。

一．什么样的课堂可称为“高效课堂”

一切教育改革的重心在于提高课堂效率上。真正的高效率的教学就是师生用最短的时间获得最大的效率。高效课堂作为一种理念，更是一种价值追求，一种教学实践模式。高效课堂的概括：知识的超市、生命的狂欢。

1．高效课堂的“三个标准”

（1）每一个学生在每一个时间段都有事做。新课标下，强调关注每一个学生，这个理念不仅体现了教育的公平性。，而且是保证课堂高效的必须条件；

（2）厚积知识、破疑解难、方法优化、能力提高、学习高效

（3）学生心情舒畅，有安全的学习心理环境。

二．如何提高课堂的有效性

1．课前充分的备课：

我们在教学设计时，要以充分尊重学生已有知识经验为前提，教师设计的教案要符合学生的实际情况，周密地考虑到学生存在“已有

知识经验和思想方法基础”的事实。

把握每一节的课堂结构，它总体构想、分几部分构成、每部分以什么方式教学生学习、时间如何分配、思考问题和训练题的设置等。教师要吃透教材和学生，教师要善于搭建“台阶”，设置“脚手架”，善于提出“牵一发而动全身”的带有启发性的思考问题。

2．教师准确的定位：

在具体课堂教学操作中，教师一定要注意克服“教师话语霸权”的惯性，把课堂还给学生，教师是课堂教学的组织者、引导者、合作者。教师随时进行引导、点拨、强调、提升，以拓宽知识面，加深对知识的理解和运用。

教师努力做到“三讲、三不讲”，三讲：讲易混点，讲易错点，讲易漏点。三不讲：学生自己已经会了的不讲，学生自己能学会的不讲，老师讲了学生怎么也学不会的不讲。

各小组展示学习讨论成果，教师及时点评归纳，指导学生归纳、总结方法规律，形成知识结构。需要记笔记的要做明确强调。避免学生自学的知识片面、零碎、残缺。

3．学生充分的自主学习与交流

（1）、学习小组的建立

教学中教师应适时地引导学生从自行研讨转向小组讨论，将主动权交给学生，其形式可以是对子对学，小组组学、全班群学等多种方法，要根据教学内容和学生实际，这样可以活跃学生思维，培养创新的敏捷性、多端性。

? 通过这样的自行研讨、自行分析及广泛交流，不仅能使学生从研讨中体验获取知识的过程，感受成功的喜悦，而且能使学生的语言组织能力、口头表达能力得以大大提高。

核心理念：自主、合作、探究。

五步三查模式：

1、自学学案，找出学习困惑；教师一查自学进度、效果。

2、围绕困惑对学、群学。

3、以小组为单位，在组长组织下，展示学习成果，谓之小展示，教师二查展示过程中暴露的问题。

4、教师根据小展示暴露的问题，组织全班大展示。

5、学生归位，整理学案，整理纠错本，教师利用对子三查测评。 学习方式：小组学习——独立、对学、群学；独立思考、合作探究、对抗质疑。

六大模块：预习交流、分配任务、合作探究、展现拔高、穿插巩固、达标测评。

三．提高高效课堂的策略

1、紧扣“教”与“学”，真正实现了“两个转变”。教师自身要转变观念，转换教育角色，做学生学习的引领着，组织者，参与者和欣赏着。充分信任学生，放手让学生自己学习、思考、质疑、合作、讨论、提高。学生要树立快乐学习，快乐成长的理念。课堂上体现我的课堂我主宰，我自信、我参与、我成功、我快乐的思想。变要我学为我要学。

2、认真编制好导学案，按主备人备课---同组老师讨论---主备人修改----主备人上主备课-----教后同组反思。

3、教学中体现以下5点：

A、预习先行，先学后“交”，实现两个前置，学习前置和问题前置。

B、教学从“学情”开始实行，根据学情作出决策，设置环节。

C、注重对抗质疑，落实小组评价。

D、注重当堂纠错，及时矫正反馈。

E、课后尽可能实现“零”作业，如需布置，办布置发展学生思维、引导学生探究、提升学生能力的拓展作业。

4、合作学习和交流需要时间上的保障

讨论、质疑是自主学习的基本方法， “质疑”的过程，实际上是一个积极思维的过程。课堂教学一定要给学生充足的时间以保证学生充分的质疑和讨论。学生在自学、讨论、交流过程中反馈出来的问题，我要根据教材内容要求和教材的重点及时进行点拨、解惑和归纳，并指导学生将探究的结果表述出来，引导学生进行检验、评价、反馈、论证，上升为理论，学生能做的决不包办代替。

总之：高效课堂应该是学生学会学习的课堂，让学生在自主尝试中探究学习，在质疑问难中探究学习，在讨论合作中探究学习，在自我展示中探究学习，在问题解决中探究学习，在实践活动中探究学习，突出学生学习兴趣，学习方法和学习能力的培养 。

“教育要面向世界，面向现代化，面向未来”这是伟大领袖邓小平说过的一句话，这句话其实就是告诉我们教育要开拓创新，教育要与时俱进，教育的发展要顺应时代的潮流。哲学上说：“世界上的一切事物都处在不断地运动变化当中。

”那么我认为教育的发展也是如此。

作为一名教师，我们不能自满和停滞不前。我们要转变思想，实践思想，使教育色轮永不停歇地向前滚动。

如何提高教育质量，适应教育发展规律？在这我与大家交流一下我的看法。

1、把课堂还给学生，做一个“牧羊者”。虽然课改的脚步早已走进我们的校园，可是现实中仍有不少的老师依然采用“填鸭式”的教学方法。老师讲，学生听；老师说，学生们写，一节课结束了。

学生只要记住，没有认真思考，久而久之，他们就不会思考。遇到问题的时候，思维凝滞，不会举一反三，教育质量也就可想而知了。因此，每一位教师都要改变自己在课堂上的角色，做学生学习上的引路人或者说是“牧羊者”，我们只需要把学生带进那篇肥沃的草地，由他们自己去品尝，去消化，而不是取而代之。

记得我第一次上公开课的时候，一节课几乎都是我在说，我在写，我很累，学生也很累，下课后校长告诉我说：“你的教学方法比较陈旧，改变一下，可能效果会好一些。”后来，我看了一些教育方面的书籍，又去听了几位优秀教师的课，恍然大悟，觉得应该把课堂交给学生。

再一次上公开课，我讲的是五年级《假如没有灰尘》那一课，课堂上我和同学们一起思考，一起讨论，课堂气氛特别活跃，在读、写、说、练中轻轻松松地度过了四十分钟。后来，我不断地改变教学方法，发现学生的阅读和写作水平有了明显的提高，这让我很兴奋。我深深地感受到为了不教书而把课堂还给学生的重要性。

2、激发学习热情，爱学乐学。孔子说：“好之者不如善知者，善知者不如乐知者”。

由此可见，兴趣是最好的老师。事实上，确是如此，我们一旦对某个事情产生兴趣就会形成一股强大的动力，如果缺乏这个动力，我们就会混混沌沌地过日子。那怎样激发他们的积极性呢？

我有以下几个想法。a、 为学生创造机会，让学生经常感受到成功的喜悦。有了成功的经验，学生们会努力学习，希望获得更多的成功。

及时表扬好学生，善于发现他们的闪光点，并给予他们特殊奖励。如：加分，颁发奖品等等。

像“好极了！掌声鼓励！真棒！

”这些美好的话语应该毫不吝啬地献给学生。让每个学生都有自我表现的机会，帮助他们建立自信。b、增加自身的魅力。

学生会因为喜欢一个老师而去喜欢他上的课，有了这种“晕轮效应”，就不怕学生学不好这门课。因此，教师要注意自己的体形，是否会受到学生的喜爱，还要注意语言中的幽默。平时要多关心学生，和他们做知心朋友。

让学生和自己在一起没有压抑感，给学生以笑容。相信你的学生一定会喜欢你的。

3、慧眼识金，不以成绩论英雄。只以考试分数论英雄的时代应经过去，素质教育提倡学生要全面发展，我们不能再简简单单地用一张试卷评定学生的优与劣。教育家李希贵曾说：

“多一把尺子就会多出一批好学生。”，所以我们要慧眼识英才，对某方面有特长的学生应多注意，多培养，多给他们展示自己的舞台，为他们拓宽以后的择业之路。里约奥运会女排金牌得主朱婷上学时成绩不不是多么出色，可是她在运动方面有特长，被老师发现她的优点以后，她刻苦训练，才有了她今天的荣耀。

4、给校园生活加一些味道。学生每天在校时间大约六个小时，如果这六个小时学生们只是在课堂上不断地学习知识，那么必然会身心疲惫，精神涣散，不利于学生的身心发展。所以，适时地给校园生活加一些味道，添一些色彩，会对学生有很大的益处。

比如，我们学校组织学生到实践基地劳动，学生体会到了劳动的艰辛与不易，懂得了要热爱生活，热**劳动人民的道理。这个户外教室不也是一种很好的教育方式吗？孩子们非常喜欢这些活动。你可以看到他们的脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容。
