敬爱的周恩来总理为了党和国家的前途与命运，毫无保留地献出了自己毕生的精力。但他平时对别人为自己付出的哪怕是微小的劳动都非常尊重。服务员给他端茶倒水送东西，他或是放下手里的工作，站起来双手接过去，或是微笑着朝服务员点头表示谢意。有时身边的工作人员在门口与总理相遇，立即停步让总理先走，总理却总是含笑摆摆手，坚持让工作人员先走。周总理外出视察工作，每当要离开一个地方的时候，总是亲自和服务员、厨师、警卫员和医务人员等一一握手，亲切地对大家说：”辛苦了，谢谢你们!”并和大家一起合影留念。更感人的是，周总理在弥留之际，仍不忘向守护在他身边的医护人员致谢。伟人如此尊重他人，我们呢？

每个人都有一定的自尊心，我们要获取他人的好感和尊重，首先必须尊重他人。只有做到尊重他人，自己才会受到他人的好评和尊重。这些简单的道理大家都很明白。我想从另一角度说说尊重别人不仅与己有益，更使被尊重者产生巨大进取的动力。

大家可能读过这样的一个故事。

有位商人看到一个衣衫褴褛的铅笔推销员，顿生怜悯之情，不暇思索地将10元钱塞到推销员手中，而后扭头走了，没走几步，他突然觉得这样做不妥，于是连忙返回，抱歉地解释说自己忘了取笔，希望对方不要介意，还郑重其事地对推销员说：“您和我一样都是商人。”一年之后，在一次商务活动中，一位西装革履、风度翩翩的公司老板迎上了这位商人，非常感激的自我介绍到：“您可能早已忘记我了，而我也不知道您的名字，但我永远不会忘记您，您就是那位重新给了我自尊和自信的人。我一直觉得自己是一个推销铅笔的乞丐，直到您亲切的对我说：‘我和你一样都是商人’为止。”

没有想到这么一句简简单单的话，竟使一个自卑的人重新找回了自尊，使一个处境窘迫的人树立起了自信，正是有了这种自尊与自信，他看到了自己的价值和优势，终于通过努力获得了成功，不难想像倘若当初没有那么一句尊重鼓励的话，纵然给他千万也无济于事，断不会出现自甘做乞丐到自信自强的巨变，这就是尊重的力量。

尊重如一缕春风，一泓清泉，尊重是一剂给人温暖的舒心丸，是一种密切人际关系的黏合剂。尊重是一颗令人奋进的强心剂，是一层加速成长的催化剂。它常常与真诚、谦逊、宽容、赞赏、善良、友爱相得益彰，与虚伪、狂妄、苛刻、嘲讽、势利水火不容。给成功者以尊重，表明自己对成功的敬佩，赞美和追求；给失败者以尊重，表明自己对失败后的信任、安慰和鼓励。只要有尊重在，就有人间的真情在，就有未来的希望在，就有成功者的继续奋进，就有失败者的东山再起。

尊重不是盲目的崇拜，不是内心肉麻地吹捧，不是没有原则的廉价奉迎，更不是没有自尊的低三下四，懂得了尊重别人的重要，并不等于学会了如何尊重别人，从这个意义上说尊重也是一门学问，学会了尊重别人就学会了尊重自己，也就学会和掌握了人生的大要诀。

每年中秋，我总习惯与家人围坐在庭院里，品着月饼，看看月亮在白莲花般的云朵里穿行。还可以听长辈们讲诉月亮的故事。似乎有太多的东西隐含于被古今之人所仰视的这轮明月中了。那嫦娥奔月，久居广寒宫的故事，至今也听不厌烦，它代表了圣洁与美丽。儿时的我总爱凝视月亮，总是望眼欲穿地寻找嫦娥、玉兔的踪迹。却史见那皎洁的月光溢满人间，将游子的思绪与祝福送到千里之外，送回家中。

“暮云收尽溢清寒，银汉无声转玉盘。”，每每吟诵着苏轼的《阳关曲》，再看那圆月，她便如一个羞怯的少女，轻移莲步，也牵引了我的视线。我仿佛看见了广寒宫内，那轻舞广袖的嫦娥，我仿佛看见了这月之仙的痛心与悲伤，仿佛看见了她眼角尚存的泪痕。她把自己的寂寞与惆怅、痛苦与彷徨，全部融在了自己曼妙的舞姿之中。
